I asked if I needed an appointment and he said no, they'd take care of me. I got the call and headed to the shop. 45 minutes later I was headed home, with the tires installed, paid for, and everything taken care of. I always get the road hazard coverage and they never question anything. Three times in the past, I have had a damaged tire covered under the road hazard and they have fixed it once and replaced it twice, no questions asked and for no charge. Wish I could give zero stars. Went here to get an oil change, dropped my car at my appt time to a…read morerude lady at the front counter, and they kept my car for 1.5 hours and did not even do anything!! They cancelled my service online (didn't call or reach out to me directly) after having my car for 1.5 hours. I go to the counter to see why they cancelled, and they said that they could not get the oil plug off and did not have a replacement if the oil plug broke, but they did say that they gave me a new filter. I left and realized my oil was leaking super bad! Took my car elsewhere and they said the oil was leaking from the new filter and they had no problem taking the plug off. So, Walmart sacrificed me burning up my engine and actually made the problem 10X worse than it was. DO NOT GO HERE!! If you care about your car at all, take it to a REAL service center and not a Walmart!!
