Just to pulled out of the bay and I gotta say these guys are on point! It's not often I get to experience a profesional and efficient environment at an oil change shop but I got to have that experience here. It's refreshing to see and if it was my shop I'd be proud of the staff. These men nailed it. Above and beyond and have a strong work ethic. Again, on point. LOVE this place.

To be fair, they do quality repair work, diagnose problems accurately, and their customer service is excellent. I give them full credit for that. However, in my experience, their prices are extremely high. Once everything is added up, you can often find another mechanic or repair shop that offers the same quality work for a much more reasonable price. Their labor rate is around $189 per service, so if you need brake pads and a battery replaced, you could easily end up paying $300+ in labor alone, plus the cost of parts. Recently, I was charged nearly $1,000 just to replace the brake pads on my SUV. Meanwhile, a friend of mine recently had both brake pads and rotors replaced elsewhere for a little over $200. My advice is to protect your hard-earned money and compare prices before committing to repairs. There are many honest mechanics and repair shops that provide great service and quality work at fair prices. In my opinion, Christian Brothers presents itself very well, but their pricing can feel excessive and disappointing.

Every experience I've had here has been fast, friendly, and, most importantly, honest. On more than one occasion, I've come in thinking I was due for an oil change, only to be told that because I don't drive very much, my oil was still in good shape and didn't need to be changed yet. Many businesses would have happily taken my money and performed unnecessary work without saying a word. Instead, they were upfront and honest, and that kind of integrity is hard to find. Their honesty has earned my trust, and they've gained a customer for life. In a world where it often feels like companies are constantly looking for ways to nickel and dime their customers while providing less and less value, it's refreshing to find a business that genuinely puts people first. Thank you for bucking that trend.

The cost is comparable to other oil changing places and less than the dealership. You also don't have the annoying sales person, but they will notify you of other services they offer and/or if you need them. I had an EXTENSIVE amount of brakes work done on my Nissan Altima back in 2023: Front and back…read morerotors, discs and pads all replaced. Granted my car is 13 years old so it was time for some brake work. I came in since the brakes would squeak every time I reversed. Car ran fine and give or take a few months into it, I heard the reverse brakes squeak again. I took it for review and was advised this is common for older cars especially in the mornings. I hardly drive my Altima since I work from home. Just got back from a road trip and the squeaky began again. This time, I took it for a second opinion: Nissan Dealership in Round Rock: They advised me all rotors, discs and pads will need to be replaced again. I advised them I had all that work done before. Unfortunately, the rotors were discolored due to contamination from packing protection oil prior to installation. I called Express Oil change and spoke with Tony. Since its been more then 12 months since the brakes were done, there was nothing that can be done. Tony also stated this could be caused from going through car washes and the solutions they use can stick to the brakes causing further harm. DON'T GO HERE FOR BRAKE WORK. STICK WITH YOUR LOCAL DEALERSHIPS WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
