Had a refreshing experience at this location, and soooo glad I decided to choose this place to get my oil changed, they've just earned a long time customer. For starters, was immediately greeted and directed to a place to pull up into and was given a water bottle. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Emily gave me amazing service and gave me all of the info I needed for my oil change, my cabin filter and then showed me how to check when I needed my next change on my own car !! As a woman, it is somewhat challenging to go to any auto shop and feel comfortable enough to ask questions or not be upsold anything I don't necessarily want. Visited back in march everything went well until I got home. My husband opened my hood to make sure every was ok, which he usually do. He notice the filter plug was broken. I went back the next day told the attendant what happened he tried to fix it which I appreciated. He used the wrong tool damage the screw, he could not. He told me come back see the manager went back no manager. I called talked to manger he told me come back, i did. No manager. Sadly will never go back! A simple oil change cost me! read more

I stopped by not long after they opened. Got an oil change. Full synthetic oil.. They used house brand filters and house brand oil.. all in generic boxes.... the lube techs were acting like they were master certified mechanics and were telling the people all kinds of b-s. Trying to upset services. The cost for my services were outrageously expensive... when time for the next oil change i went to a master certified mechanics shop and they took photos and told me the filter was loose and leaking. Took the drain plug out by hand. Do not ever go here ..you will lose your engine !!! read more

It was my first time at Take 5. I usually go to my dealership but I needed a quick oil change. I went during my lunch at noon and the place wasn't busy. The guys were friendly. I asked them if they can put air in my tires and he explained to me that they didn't have the device for it because of renovations and I was perfectly fine with that but he ended up manually filling up my tires himself. Yes, this place is cheap but be reminded that you get what you paid for. Came on a busy day and waited in my car for about 30 minutes until they could get to me. I waited in the waiting area and they were done within 10 minutes. However, my oil began leaking onto the driveway and I had to take it back the next day. I went with my brother-in-law and the guy told us my oil knob was stripped and I needed to run over to the auto store and buy a replacement. This is where my brother and the guy exchanged some heated words. Pretty much our side was that it was the shop's fault that the knob was stripped because it was fine before I brought it. His argument was that knob was old. Some cuss words later and due to them already draining my car of it's oil, the store got a new knob for us and sent us on our way. I am happy that the store replaced the knob for free. But I am pretty sure if my brother had not gotten it in with them this would have not happened. I will not be back due to my brother's warnings and the entire place seems a little sketchy to me. Also they left a lot of finger prints on my car after everything was done. read more

I had a great experience, glad i didn't check yelp first! Of course, i am here @4:30pm on a Thursday , but i came for an inspection and synthetic oil change. They were all very nice, i got right in, they gave me a discount without me asking. They didnt try to get extra money or say i needed anything extraneous. He did reccommend an engine flush, @ $20 off. When he made a math error in their, they pointed it out and corrected it. Very professional spot, and yrs, they are busy, but they also work fast. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I came here for an oil change and was told immediately by the mechanic that the price would be $17.99 + $4 (SSF fee). So $22 total. I agreed and went inside the shop while they worked on my car. Ten minutes later, an employee comes in & rings me up. Expecting to pay the $22 as I was initially told, he suddenly says my total is $27.90. I asked why the price went up $5. I was rudely told that my car needed more oil and thats why they were charging me more. But that isn't my problem. I should be charged the price I was initially told. I asked to speak to the manager who just turned out to be a huge ass. I explained what happened and instead of agreeing that it isn't right to be told one price and charged another, he didn't even care or agree that his employee made a mistake. He was very rude with me and could care less that I left as a unsatisfied customer. That is no way to run a business. The employees are very unprofessional and are straight up running a SCAM. They are quoting customers one price and charging another. $5 more from each customer can add up to a very large profit. Maybe it was because I'm a girl they were charging me more since some girls don't know much about cars. But either way these people are scammers. read more

I have never been treated so unfairly. I left with out an oil change feeling mistreated and ganged up on! My husband and two boys, 1 and 3 where in the middle line to get our oil changed. The wait was getting long and I even ran to the gas station across the way to get something. After waiting 35 minutes in the middle lane to get our oil change, there was no movement so we switched our truck to the far right lane. The lot is small and we have a large truck so our rear end was partly in the middle lane and our front end in the far right. We didn't see much harm in this and didn't see how we could change the position of our truck due to the small lot size. Another customer asked us to move our truck and I responded I can't with the small lot. Plus the middle lane still wasn't moving. So that customer got an employee and the employee came to our truck and told us to pick a lane and move. We told him we had been there a long time and the lane wasn't moving so we were switching. He said the car in the middle lane was getting more than an oil change and that's why it wasn't moving. We said we wished were told that sooner. We got into the older lane when another customer moved his car. Then the employee said my husband was stupid and we left saying were didn't appreciate that kind of treatment and would take out business elsewhere. We admit we had taken up two lanes. We had no problem moving the truck but couldn't due to the small lot and the car parked behind us at the back of the lot. We had no problem waiting the 40 minutes to get the oil changed but we had a big problem when we were grossly mistreated and called stupid!!!!! I will NEVER go back and I will make sure I go out of my way to tell others to NEVER go there either! read more

BE VERY AWARE!!! BE VERY AWARE!!! This business will destroy your vehicle! It is my fault for going to this business numerous times to get a quick oil change. I have a great mechanic, but when he and his technicians are so busy, I go to this business. BUT NEVER AGAIN!!! They offer to do other services, and if you choose not to have other services done, they get pissing hot because you choose not to. I buy my own top grade oil and filter and bring it. But this time they didn't put all the oil in tank, and told me I needed more oil. Then as I was driving the next day, I noticed a lady looking at the side of my car at my daughters school like something was wrong. I thought maybe it was my tire, then all of a sudden I heard something dragging, so I went to another shop, and he attached the splash guard back. So I spent more money to replace oil and to reattach my panel. I will make sure I let people I know, not to go to that place of business, and I know a lot of people. Don't deserve any stars!
