Today I wanted to get a oil change and tire rotation. I was told I had to get behind another customer that arrived after me to get my oil change then would have to drive around to the bay with the lift to get my tires rotated. After waiting and watching the two customers getting oil changes that arrived after me in the other bay get service. Got fed up and left. The last time I was here they said the lift was broken for a tire rotation, but the way the girl said it was more like they just did not want to do the job. Many times before: most the of the employees spend more time smoking cigarettes then actually working. I have had to stand out in the sun and even one time in the rain to get away from the smoke. This is unfortunate as this place is literally a half mile from where I live.

Oil change…read morewas rapid fast, but then they brought me my air filter and said I should probably change it. The air filter they brought had leaves, a bee and was caked with dirt. Then they said it would be a wait because they didn't have my air filter in stock. No problem. They park my car in the parking lot. A runner shows up with my air filter. I stand by and watch while he smokes a disgusting cigarette and changes my air filter. I watch him pull out my PERFECTLY CLEAN filter to replace it with this new filter that I needed. The filter they pulled out of my car WAS NOT the one I was shown previously. Now I don't know what kind of business you're running where you think because I'm a woman you can pull some wool over my eyes, but shame on you. Shame on your business. Customers trust you. Was on a road trip and heard a loud dragging sound coming from my car. Pulled over at a gas…read morestation and the attendant recommended this place. Turns out the dealership who did the last oil change did not place a screw back correctly. The metal plate that goes under the oil pan wasn't screwed in correctly causing the dragging sound. They were able to remove the pan very quickly for me. They didn't even charge me. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Located on a main road so easy to find. I was able to get back home with no problem. If I lived there, I would use them all the time.

I have used this business for the last 20 years and today was my last visit…read more Last time I was at the shop the owner short with me. I asked them to check the fluid in the differential and he told me they did. I was watching and the mechanic didn't pull a single wrench on the diff. So I decide to try again with another vehicle of mine today @ 2:30/2:45pm. I pulled in, he asked me was I there for. When I told him coolant flush he laughed and said not on a Saturday at 4: 0clock. IT was 2:30pm. He asked me to pop the hood. He made a statement someone been working on this vehicle. I told him it was me. He told me what was loose. I wasn't there for that and didn't ask him about it. He Bryan(owner) I think is his name. Proceeded to tell me how he couldn't do the job. He was rude about it. I told him close it up. He was still talking to me for some reason. At this point I wasn't going to expose myself to his attitude anymore. I guess when you own a successful business you can turn people away. I would like to mention I emailed prior to showing up. The fact that I did not get an email reply makes it worse. So your business model is laugh at a customer infront of people then tear appart how shitty of a job the vehicles owner did trying to repair it? This isn't the first time or second time the owners be short with me and my questions. I wont be back.
