The staff were very friendly and answered all my "it's the first time" questions. One thing that's different here compared to other car washes is they scrub your car. So your mirrors that usually don't get love, they get it here. Definitely a good experience and they did a great job on getting the vehicle cleaned.

This is the second time I've had my car repaired for the same type of front end collision, and my experience at their shop was night and day compared to the first shop I used before. I could have had my car repaired closer in Leesville, but I got a quote with the paint shop there before and didn't like the shop there. It was 100 percent better going a little bit farther and having Hester's shop do it. The repair is beyond what I thought possible. It looks better than before I wrecked it! Their paint is super high quality and was matched and blended perfectly. I can't even see any orange peel. In an extremely stressful process, it felt like they were on my side and were taking care of me like I was family. They offered me rides, stayed late so I could pick it up, and they were offering similar favors to other people that were there just like me. They also did their best to try to get oem parts from the insurance company, and I don't even think they used a single cheaper part. Thank you!
