In direct sunlight the front windshield is hazy and streaked also! I lifted the tailgate and the inside area was still dirty. I am a Don's member but the Ryan Street location is a definite DO NOT go. They need to exchange dirty towels for clean towels between cars. I even left a tip! Here's a TIP for my fellow YELPers, keep driving to another car wash.

The staff were very friendly and answered all my "it's the first time" questions. One thing that's different here compared to other car washes is they scrub your car. So your mirrors that usually don't get love, they get it here. Definitely a good experience and they did a great job on getting the vehicle cleaned.

In one week I have sent a good 25 dollars or more TRYING TO GET MY TRUCK CLEAN but that never happened. I am poor to say the least but my money is hard earned and I do not appreciate going to his car wash and being robbed by equipment that does not work properly or dispense fluids adequately as the timer counts down I trying to run around getting stuff hoses to untangle quick enough and work properly fast enough to wash my truck within the time given for the money put into the machine. This happens just about everytime I go to any of his car washes. Time before last he was present when this happened and basically said there was nothing he could do about it for me. I was so insulted by his mannerism; almost hostile attitude towards me and then my sister and I as well yesterday. He made me cry and threaten to call the law on me when I ask for a refund. First get offered to wash it for me and my sister and I sat in the truck while he washed and then he said to us ITS FINISHED WE GET OUT AND LOOK AND IT WAS STILL FILTHY ABD HIS RESPONSE WAS "THATS AS CKEAN AS IT WILL GET HERE"...I SAID: EXCUSE ME AND THATS WHEN HE THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE ON US. I didn't come here thinking my 2004 Jeep Wrangler TJ would leave here spiffy clean, my objection was to remove the road grime from the exterior after dragging it behind my RV for a thousand miles through a few thunderstorms. Only one of the drive through menu auto pay bays was operating, the hand written sign taped on the controller stating the "buff and dry" was out of order was the first indicator, the two attendants holding wands directing my wheels into the chain drive was the second they didn't do any pre-wash to my front end or wheels even though I purchased the $12 premium wash I thought that showed a complete lack of motivation but it wasn't a deal breaker. As I was pulled through the colorful pre-soak and detergents section it all appeared to be functional and the water pressure and soft scrub brushes seemed effective. The end result was okay, it was much cleaner than before I entered so I felt it my objective was met although I feel it was worth a lot less but I know utilities and chemicals aren't cheap and the owner does have a significant investment here. I didn't come here expecting a quality detail or spot free shine so I wasn't disappointed, if I was looking for more than this place is capable of delivering I might feel slighted, but my expectations were pretty low going in so it is what it is and I'll be back I'm sure if I'm in the area, if I want more I'll go somewhere else it's that simple...
