I really feel like they took advantage of her. And their prices are ridiculous. Just for the synthetic blend I was told its like $75. That's $30 more than Walmart. And they charged her $60 for a cabin filter. I really believe they take advantage of people. And probably the fact that my daughter is young and doesn't understand how this works and how much it should cost. I filed a complaint with corporate. The store ignored me for weeks. I was promised a call multiple times as well. Never happened until today and numerous attempts. At the end of the day, they refused to refund ANY amount. They are awful to deal with. They lie. Take advantage of unsuspecting people. And have extremely high prices. Corporate office was also extremely rude to me today. The customer service rep was very snarky. She told me if I did a chargeback it would go to her and she is the highest person at the company looking at disputes and she would not refund it. Awful human being. This review will remain up permanently. If company wants to refund, then I will edit or delete this review. My advice:, avoid not only this location but this entire company. Save yourself lots of cash and potential headaches

But very slow while in line. they had a problem ("common") processing my synchrony car care credit card (Discount tire), even though I called synchrony bank and confirmed that it should work. Manager did not take that extra step and find out why, how, who, and when to help me out so this will probably be a first and last. If I hadn't had another formal payment method then I would've been magic word.

This conversation this morning let's me feel more at ease. I'll be recommending them as an option that genuinely helped me by helping my family. I gave this a one star because it wouldn't give me the option to do negative stars…read more I took my wife's car to get tires put on because of the eye catching perks that come with it, free flat repair, free rotations, free oil change.. needless to say I wouldn't bring my daughters little tikes tricycle in there for service after going through what I went through there. My wife's car was a 2014 Chevy equinox, the wheels were in mint condition and we take care of our vehicles. The price of my tires was a little over $800 I believe, so it's not like I went with the cheapest tires, even though that has nothing to do with this. After I got the tires put on I took it home and the next day we were washing it outside of our house. My wife noticed on one of the wheels that it had these black marks all the around each spoke in the same location. So we checked the other wheels and noticed every single wheel had the same marks and some were a lot deeper than others that turned into gouges. We had went on vacation a day later and took my vehicle. So when we got back, I took it in and showed them the issue and they brought it into the shop and loaded the tire up and came and got me and said that it does look like their machine caused the damage. He told me that they would be willing to fix the problem, which made me happy that they owned up to it and was gonna help me out getting it fixed. That was all fine and dandy until he told me how he was gonna help me. The manager Matt told me that they would be willing to buy refurbished tires from junkyards to replace them. I told him that that was not an option being that my wife's wheels were in mint condition and I did not want used wheels coming off of a junkyard. The other option was to have them re-refurbished by a guy that does work for them. And in his exact words which I have on an audio recording said, "the guy we use does OK work, sometimes there may be some runs in the paint if he's rushing something but he's an OK guy." This made me laugh because I thought he was joking, but he was not and I told him that that was not an option as well. I then explained that the wheels that were on there were perfectly fine and there was only one tiny mark that I was aware of.. but every other wheel did not have one blemish on them. So basically my two options were getting junker wheels from a scrapyard or having somebody that does subpar work come out and fix them. He then asked me what they could do to make it right and I said that they should take responsibility for their mistakes and order me a new set of wheels. He said that that was not an option and I kept asking him why and he wouldn't give me an answer. He kept beating around the bush. I asked him if somebody brought in a brand new car and they scratched all four wheels what they would do and he said if that was the case they would probably replace the wheels with new, if they couldn't repair them. So then I asked him where in their policy does it say that they cannot buy a brand new set of wheels if they ruin all of them and again he kept beating around the bush and wouldn't give me a straight answer on it. Which tells me there is no policy, probably comes out of his bonus. The manager, Matt should be working at a car dealership as a salesman because he is the biggest liar that I've ever encountered. He also apparently doesn't know how to do his job and give people answers. The integrity at this location does not exist. After going back-and-forth, I asked him if I could talk to his manager. He would not give me his number and said that he would have him reach out to me. Weeks went by and I still hadn't heard anything. So while my wife and I were out and about running errands, she asked if we could stop by and see if the manager Matt had heard anything back from his manager. He had not heard anything. At this point we were just so frustrated I told them to just order the refurbished wheels so we could be done with it. They look like they've been painted and I guess is the best that we were going to get. As far as Matt goes, he is extremely unfit to be a manager. He needs to step down and maybe work in a retail store and not be allowed to talk to people. Maybe loading shelves or something but even then I don't think I'd trust him to do his job right. As a manager you should be able to answer any questions a customer may have. The fact he couldn't answer the one question that I had which was the most important question. Why can you not replace my wheels that you damaged with a brand new set of wheels? Nothing. He was clueless. Or maybe he was just playing dumb I don't know. BE AWARE OF THIS SHADY BUSINESS!!

Steer clear of Myk's Automotive! Dishonest, unqualified, unprofessional…read more I solicited Myk to repair a faulty power steering pump in my Honda Odyssey minivan. He gave a quick quote , and repaired it within a day. The replacement pump however did not function properly. I called him within 24 hours to let him know it did not appear to be fixed. He came back out within a week or so, claimed it was low on fluid, topped it off, and left. Within a couple of days, it was back to more of the same. Shortly thereafter, a leak appeared. The high pressure hose in the power steering system had spring a leak. I asked him to come repair it also. Over the course of the next few weeks Myk promised to come out. One reason after another, he missed appointment after appointment. At one point, he claims he simply "forgot". Finally, the hose was replaced. After taking 5 hours (for what he claimed was a 1 hour job) he stated the hose had been replaced. He said some air got into the system, and would "work itself out" within a couple of days. After 2 days it had not, and in fact sounded and drove worse than when he initially started his work 2 months earlier. I left the car for him over the weekend as we were out of town, and he claims he replaced the pump again, but it drives the same, and sounds just as bad. I have no way of proving he did / or didn't do the work promised over the weekend as I was not there to witness it. I do have strong suspicion to doubt he did anything, considering his track record of the last two months with this project. I have since had to hire another mechanic to repair what Myk promised, and charged me for. Today that mechanic informed me that the power steering system had been filled with TRANSMISSION FLUID, which is what caused the replacement pump to malfunction, and likely caused the leak to the hoses. Not only does the power steering pump require POWER STEERING FLUID, but Honda requires a fluid designed specifically for their vehicles. Mike and I discussed this, and he assured me that he used the Honda specified fluid. As a result, the entire system is now being flushed. I called Myk to complain once again, and requested a refund. Considering I'd paid him not once, but twice, to fix my van, and the work he did only made the matter worse, I explained he owed me a refund. He became angry, and announced that he "doesn't do refunds". I asked him again to do the right thing, and refund my money, and he refused. He became angry again, stating "I'm done with you" before he hung up the phone. The work was not done correctly. It was not done timely. It was not done honestly. And his practices are extremely unprofessional. I was lured into having him service my van because he offered a great price, and the convenience of coming to my home to make repairs. I know now that none of those "conveniences" were worth the bad experience I've had with Myk's Automotive. I gave Myk the benefit of the doubt, time and time again, only to my detriment. I gave him the chance to make it right by properly repairing the van, or simply giving me a refund. He refused to do either. The only answers I ever got were "I don't know what's wrong", and "I don't offer refunds". Horrible way to run a business. You'd be wise to spend the money to go somewhere more reputable. Trust me...it'll be worth it in the long run.
