As a customer, I relied on their professional expertise to ensure my vehicle was safe to drive, and I trusted them when they said the issue had been fixed. They repaired the driver's side but failed to recommend or even mention replacing the passenger's side. Just three days later the passenger side brake line failed completely. I had to blindly fly into a turn with absolutely no brakes, putting myself and my family in extreme danger. This forced me to pay for a tow and take the vehicle to a different mechanic to actually get the problem fixed correctly. I called to try and get a partial refund, and the manager claimed they did recommend replacing both sides, which they absolutely did not. I would have gladly paid to replace both sides if they had given me the option. I know how critical brakes are. They refused to take responsibility for the danger they put us in and only offered me a "deal" on an oil change or small maintenance work. I obviously do not trust them to touch my car ever again. If you value your safety, go anywhere else.

They are always quick to take your name, number, address when I only called for a simple enquiry for full inspection. When i got there the clerk lady seemed busy so I sat down for 10 minutes.
