In the same visit they told me that my tow lights above the license plate were burnt out. I said I would do it myself. When I later went to look the light still worked... AND THERE IS ONLY ONE BULB! In a much later visit to try to let them redeem themselves I let them flush my transmission fluid. They over torqued the bolts on the pan and destroyed it. I didn't notice it was peeking til a year later and they said it wasn't under warranty. But they assured me the person that was at fault no longer worked for the company. As if that made it better. This dealership has definitely gone downhill. I have been with them for over 10 years and never had…read morean issue with them. Until they told me I needed an intercooler cover (mine cracked due to the cold snap), spark plugs and a throttle. Before I left in February I asked if I could drive my vehicle as I am a single mother and needed to get to work. I was told I could drive it until the intercooler part came in the following week. My car died the day before it was due to be fixed. I was told my engine seized because I drove the vehicle and that they "generally don't advise the vehicle be driven with intercooler issues" as it's common to cause engine failure. They acknowledged that I was given misinformation but refuse to take any responsibility as cars break down all the time. I still owe 19k on it as it's a 2021, and now have to pay 15k to have my car driveable again. I have been without my vehicle since February and have still had to make the payments on it. They offered me 2 free oil changes...for a car that wouldn't start and they offered me 7k for trade in as it doesn't start (which was their fault) I have the proof and the recording of the manager not accepting responsibility so if you want to deal with a shady business or be out of a vehicle for months because of damage done from misinformation then go with these guys! Thankfully I didn't have my kids when the vehicle seized or were on the way to one of their sports, which could have been very dangerous. Not impressed.

To quote the Jeep dealership directly, "Randy from Action Transmission in Brantford has failed you, he has irresponsibly and dangerously mishandled this situation. He should not be in business." So to add onto the hundreds of kilometres they drove my vehicle for no reason, they intentionally have been proven to be one of three things: (A) Randy is a bold faced liar, and unqualified to service any transmission. (B) Randy is too old to be in business, his skills are no longer relevant and he cannot be trusted because he's intentionally done extra damage. (C) Randy and Lubrico are in cahoots to ensure that no warranty money will be paid out due to lying about needing service. The Jeep dealership has confirmed the transmission is so badly beyond damaged that it's 100% unserviceable. They said, "even a newborn infant would see this if they actually looked." They also said, "your vehicle is more damaged as a result of Randy's incomprehensible lack of attention or skill, and your own safety was put at risk." I urge you to never ever go here, and never EVER let anyone you care about go here. They will do you wrong, that's now been 100% proven. Randy and team, you are truly horrific human beings and you should be embarrassed and ashamed. Update: now it's $326 out of my pocket for absolutely no reason, because Action Transmission either lied or didn't check the transmission at all. Worst company ever. I also talked to Lubrico and they are going to stop sending people here, they are losing their partnership for lying and being shady. They "test drove" HUNDREDS of kms on the vehicle for no reason. Purchased a warranty from Lubrico, who has used Action Transmission for their servicing. These guys told me there's nothing at all wrong with my transmission. I've taken it to a local shop and the honest guy there tells me there's no leak and the transmission fluid is down 2 LITERS and these guys lied to me. He says it's because it takes 120 days for the shop to get paid on warranty work, so they lie and turn away the business. Leaving me with a broken Jeep, a warranty I paid thousands for, and no solution. DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMY COMPANY.
