This place was Quick! I was greeted with a bottle of water upon arrival, a warm smile, and a friendly hello. The gentlemen who helped me were very conversational, they accepted my coupon on my phone and overall the price was cheaper than Valvoline, same speed but I enjoyed the saving money aspect lol I tend to go to wall art but I know the wait can be brutal sometimes, so the little extra I spent was worth it to get my oil changed in 15 minutes. My son took his car in for an oil change and shortly after developed a leak my husband thought it was just they over filled the oil. But the leak got worse and worse. We took it for brakes to another establishment and they found the filter nor the oil pan cap had been tightened down at all. I asked that establishment not to do anything as we were going back to Take 5. Oil has leaked all over his engine I called them today the Manager Joy was one of the rudest people I have ever spoken with. Advised her that we told the other establishment not to touch or tighten anything so when her took it back Take 5 they agreed and tighten it all back up. Now saying well its past 30 days so were not responsible for the mess on his engine. Do not take your car to Take 5 in Blue Springs, MO. Thank goodness it did not cause severe damage to his engine. Got an oil change on March 4th. The next day, I noticed that the front undercarriage was loose and several pushpins were missing. Upon closer inspection it became clear that after completing the oil change the technician did not reinstall two of the rear bolts, and the pushpins were either not reinstalled or lost. As a result, a section of the undercarriage came off the vehicle while in use. I was unaware of any problem with the time which created both the safety concern and potential risk of further damage to the vehicle. I returned to the shop two days later. The technician who originally worked on the vehicle acknowledge that he had been unable to realign the undercarriage properly. However, this issue was never communicated to me and no warning was provided before leaving. Another technician was able to replace the bolts and secure the remaining portion of the undercarriage in place, but the missing protective part and pins were not replaced. Disappointed by both the oversight of reinstalling the hardware and lack of communication about the problem once it was identified. The service team failed to perform the work correctly or notify me immediately of any complications that could affect the safety and integrity of the vehicle. read more

Strike 1 they charged my cc almost $15,000 for an oil change. Resolved but still an issue. Strike 2 they used a metric wrench on a domestic standard oil plug and striped it. Blamed it on me or dealership for adding lock tight to oil plug. District manager was lied to by employees and was rude to me on the phone. Never again will I trust this company. Called corporate and they stated this was a franchise store and not their problem. Took a week to get a call back with no resolution. Buyer beware. read more

The manager Chris is a real winner. He yells at the crew members daily. He didn't train an employee properly and fired him for being too slow, and when he fired him, he called him at home instead of telling him at the shop. The person he fired is dyslexic and learns differently than other people. There is a lawsuit up against Take 5 and we will never recommend anyone to this location. read more

Pretty poor performance today. I always go to this Take 5 and usually in and out very quick but today was a large outlier. Waited 18 minutes in the bay before I was even greeted and saw 3 cars come and go before getting approached. I can overlook that however what I can't overlook is getting charged $50 for a $10 cabin filter. Pretty ridiculous read more

First time at this location . 7/5/24 at 3:30 pm . No wait. 4 employees. I was there 40 minutes. They said. "new" guy was up under hood and he tried for a loooong time to get the oil filter off. The check in guy wasn't too motivated . I told them I wanted to see the old oil filter that they removed. Finally they did. I was Leary that they might not even change it. I have heard this before. They were supposed to check all fluids . Power steering not checked. Washer fluid not checked. Tire pressure not checked. They were very interested in selling me a new air filter though! I'm going on a road trip and I am for sure going to keep an eye on my fluids etc!!! Maybe I'll be back. I spoke to a guy and he said he was the manager and he had me pull back in and double check everything. Tire pressure washer fluid etc. We will see!!!? read more

Very unprofessional. The workers weee rough housing and snapping each other with towels. Then they proceeded to spill oil all over the side of my engine and exhaust. Never cleaned up any of it. Truck was smoking and smelled of burned oil. I would suggest you visit another business for an oil change. read more

Charged for services not rendered. Have yet to hear back from the manager and the employees are unable to refund the 119.99. On hold with corporate for 55 minutes. Oil change took longer than 5. Pending return call, but so far just going down a rabbit hole. read more

Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised! The place was spotless, they greeted me with a free water, and the staff was so polite. Took jeep in for oil change. Charges 85 dollars because they say my oil the cheaper oil they were out of. Hmmmmmmm. Drove car and started noticing oil leak. Brand new jeep. I don't think so peeps. Dropped oil all over driveway. Scrubbed it clean but you can still see spots. Found that the oil filter was hand tight. Really guys. Come on. Walmart for me next time.
