Great service. I went in for an oil change the prior week and noticed a small bit of oil drippings from the car the next day or so. I took my vehicle in on Monday morning. Thomas, assistant manager was super nice. He explained everything that he did to my vehicle. Super professional personality. 1 hour and 20 minutes for a inspection with no one in front of me i will never go there again they don't know what the hell there or doing now they can't print my inspection out so another 20 minutes and then it failed they put the wrong car and engine size in the computer I took it to a real inspection place it passed and i was there 5 minutes so called the mgr chris he hung up called back 3 times no answer so i returned there and randy apologized and fixed the problem the whole time a dude is trying her best to be rude it was so funny i give this another 6 months in business and take 5 made me replace 4 week old wiper blades because they was old crooks at there best. read more

I've been getting oil changes at this location since it was Quicker Sticker, but no more. On February 26 I got my oil changed at this location, and today (4/1) both my check engine and oil pressure light came on. I took it to a different oil change business to get a diagnostic run, and after looking into things it was determined that there was less than half a quart of oil in my car which could lead to engine damage. It was also super dark.The dipstick was dry when they pulled it out! I was getting tired of harassed into higher priced oil changes anyway, some of these guys got downright bitchy when I declined whatever they were pushing. Not sure it's because they lost out on a commission or trying to reach some ridiculous sales goal set by clueless executives. Either way, not risking taking my car here ever again. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I brought my car in for an oil change. 2018 Subaru with 26k miles on it. They broke my oil plug, lied about it, and told me to buy another one and they could finish the oil change. Fast forward not even a week later, my fairly new car is slightly vibrating and giving off a very strong smell. I brought my car to the Subaru dealership because I honestly thought I had an exhaust leak, plus still needed an oil change. Well...TAKE 5 LEFT MY OIL CAP OFF! So, I have oil ALL OVER THE PLACE under my hood! Lesson learned; never go somewhere that promises to get you in and out within 5 minutes. Worst service today at take 5 Baytown Texas on Baker road. I had to wait 20 minutes in my car to get pulled into a bay. Once pulled in Mario walked away not saying a word to me or touching my truck. I sat there 15 more minutes then he walks by and I asked why no o e had done anything and he told me he was talking to his manager and continued to keep walking. I told him to close my hood and went and talked to the manager which all he said to me was he was having Mario order lunch. There was a at least six other people working and only one was concerned and she opened my hood and shrugged her shoulders and started working on the car that was behind me in line. The manager was useless and offered no solution or apology. I will never go back. read more

Every time I have gone to this location the manager or whom I assume to be is rude. He is an older man and is always seemingly annoyed that you are there to have something done. Sir, you are there to serve the public and if you hate your job so much then go find another one. Tons of places are hiring right now. My car is license plate holder fell off and I was desperate so I rolled into this place hoping they would be able to help me. Instantly, three people swarmed my car right away and got my license plate fixed within 10 minutes, by the way out of the kindness of their heart because this isn't a service that they normally offer. I drove to Garth first (which Google says they close at 7PM I arrived to Garth location at 5:50PM just so an employee to come out and say they were closing early) I drove to Baker!! Excited about doing oil change at take 5 until I got my bill. the advisor told me it was going to be $62.95 then he did mention that I needed an air filter which I was ok with. Then when work was complete the advisor told me that I had to pay $119.00 which didn't add up... oil change $62.50,and air filter $25.00 ... that's when advisor told me that he charged me an extra $24.00 for 3 extra quarts that wasn't explained to me at the beginning very upset ruined the rest of my day... read more

Went there today and these people told me that they couldn't do any C6,C7, or C8 Corvette and gave me some lame excuse why. There better places to get your oil changed. The staff seemed nice, they seemed to be efficient. But then I went out to eat and we came out and I had coolant pouring out of my car. I tried to call them, but nobody answered. Okay, whatever. They were probably shutting down the shop. I get my car to a buddies shop and they aren't able to fix it without ordering a part. So I called them twice today with no answer. I have visited this location several times. I liked the service more about a year ago compared to now. The guy that greets you as you pull up has been rude the last two times I've gone. He snaps at me telling me I'm not properly opening my hood each time. My car just has a lever you pull twice to unlock the hood, no latch under the hood. I've told him this both times. The most recent time I went, he was saying "everyone is fucking lazy" while working on my car. I had my air filter replaced and the technician did not install it properly causing my car to have the check engine light come on and issues with driving. read more
