they scammed my husband out of $400+ because they lied and said his battery was dead, the battery was not dead because he drive the truck there and had been driving the truck for a while with no issues, AS SOON AS he pulls into jiffy lube the truck mysteriously won't turn on??? I'm not buying it. they either drained the battery or unplugged it to make it look like the battery was dead but it wasn't, plus installation of a new battery is free at auto shops so they scammed on that too, never go to this place, Im reporting them to the BBB and the police and to the FTC. You will definitely not get away with this jiffy lube, I will become your worst enemy until I get my money back, and you CAN count on that. read more

The guys at this location are awesome! I went to get an inspection and they were very courteous and polite! Offered me a cold bottled water while I waited! They inspected my car with very little wait time! I didn't have to deal with any additional sales pressure or them telling me I needed to fix or change anything! Great guys! Waited around while all 5 employees talked to one women for close to 30 minutes without working on her car. They saw me waiting and went out of their way to try and ignore me until I walked into the bays and demanded someone help me. This location and its employees were awful. read more

This place is convenient to work so I use them for oil changes most of the time. They are always professional, polite, and the service is fast. Recently I have needed air in my tires but with the coin shortage (what is up with that!) I have been having trouble getting quarters together to put air in at one of the gas station machines. I finally stopped by here and asked if they could do it and they did so immediately for no charge! This place has customer service values like you hear about from yesteryear, not what you would expect from a chain. I will keep coming here into the foreseeable future! read more

Every time I go here service is always fast and on point! The workers are very friendly and explain everything to you step by step. I normally buy groupons to get my oil changed here! Worse place ever went for an oil change last week got greeted by a lady and when she started talking she smelt like a damn bar alcohol all over her breath I didnt finish let her talking I refuse to have my car serviced by a company that allows the employees to come to work like that what happens if they move my vehicle n they hit a parked car or worse a person I wish I can give this place negative stars they need it, as well as need new management that can fix the problems with there employees since they think it's ok to come to work n drink since that how she smelt. First thing, waiting area was like a oven about 82 degrees, it was cooler out the back door in the shade with the breeze! Second I had a 13 dollar coupon and I still paid more than I have paid at other oil change stations with out a coupon! third when they vacumed the car there was some paper trash on the floor and it was conventialy put under the seat! If there was a negative I would mark it! This place put spark plugs in my car and now it takes me 4 tries to turn the car over. It runs so much worse than it did before. Now the check engine light comes on, never happened before they touched my car! Then the man there said I needed gaskets for the spark plugs! Quoted 80.00 wouldn't do the job for the price I was told. They wanted more money. So I took my car to a REAL mechanic and he said he has had 4 other cars just this week from jiffy lube because they do not have qualified people working on cars .i would not recommend this place to my mother in law! Usually the service is amazing so maybe I caught them on a bad day, but they were slow, understaffed, and I watched one of the guys pour oil all over my engine as he missed the funnel. I should have listened to myself. If you have a heavy duty pickup truck. Don't take it to Jiffy Lube in Baytown Texas or any Jiffy Lube in my book. I have a fuel filter on the frame that is in between the tank in the bed and the actual truck's fuel tank. I actually this evening broke the bracket that holds the filter on the frame trying to unscrew the filter. I guess they have never heard turn the filter on hand tight and than turn down 1/4 turn with a wrench. The techs at Jiffy Lube are Completely incompetent in my book. read more

Is it possible to give a negative star here? I've been to other Jiffy Lubes and always been greeted as I drive up, asked for the service I want, and then even escorted inside. Also, they give and accurate estimate of the wait time. Not so here. I drive up; nobody around. So I parked and went inside. The counter person left without even looking at me. So I stood there for about 5 minutes. A customer(?!) came inside to get coffee and asked if I'd been helped. When I told him no, he said he'd let them know. Eventually the counter help came back in but apparently it wasn't to help me. So I asked how long would this take. She sort of raised her eyebrows and said "30 Minutes?" when I asked if that was the wait or the whole process, she said it was the wait time. So she leaves again without offering to help. I waited another15 minutes and when no one showed up still, I left. Apparently this place has enough business and that is good to know because they will not be getting mine. Ever. read more
