The shop was very efficient. As with all speedy oil change places, you have to provide all kinds of info..Name, Address, Phone, etc. Employees were friendly and it didn't take long. This last time was the end of my relationship with Pit stop. They were ranting and cursing about politics. They questioned me as to why I was wearing a mask. Was told I needed a radiator flush, new air filter I had changed 4 days prior (I can get the same one online for 1/5 of the cost they charge in house). After my last trip to Lubbock I went to my old location and they also checked my radiator fluids and showed me the results. Said the levels were fine and no action was needed any time soon. It was not burped after they refilled it. Took back to try to get it repaired on the repairs they half-assed. They masked a broken sensor as well Now experiencing engine cutting out and oil leaks. $5000 for Top Gun to basically destroy my vehicle.
