My mother and stepfather were the only owners of this vehicle and it was always garaged and babied. The oil filter is in a place where you MUST remove the plastic shield and they just forced it and ripped out one corner of the plastic. I didnt realize that happened till a few days latter. Next oil change i went back to the same place again. Just to give them a chance. I told the manager what happened while they were doing the oil change and asked him to please take out the bolts. I was told by him, "those things are designed to break. Theres nothing we can do about it". I wish i could post a pic of what they did this time.
