My mother and stepfather were the only owners of this vehicle and it was always garaged and babied. It ran PERFECTLY before taking it to Ridgemont Superlube but they claim it's just a big ole coincidence that it now runs like . I went in for an oil change today after they told me yesterday that they could do it but when I…read morearrived to the Walmart off highway 351 I was told when I got there that they couldn't do it. So again I showed up this morning didn't have an oil change done waited for a little bit and then I went to pay for my oil change which I requested the 288 one I ended up paying 40 bucks well I asked him why they said it's because the oil filter. So they charged me for an oil filter as they were out of my oil filter that supposedly fit my car and did not have the decency to come ask me if I wanted them to put it on or not they just did it and decided to charge me for it. They have horrible communication skills the cashier has no customer service as she kept telling me I'm just a cashier. The manager that was on duty was trying to explain to me the charges which I then let him know there was no communication to give me the opportunity to pick if I wanted to stay there and have it done with the higher oil filter or go somewhere else, I demanded my money back which they did give me but I would not suggest going to this Walmart for oil changes long waits and they do what they want to do.
