Instead, I was stuck with an automated system that did not understand my request and kept me on hold for 10 minutes. Definitely come here if you wanna wait 2hfor an oil change and then they couldn't even figure out what wrench to use to even pursue the oil change and then the lady is yelling and getting mad and taking drink breaks instead of doing the oil change. Also, the kid here doesn't know what he's doing and has to get somebody else to help him so come here if you wanna sit here for 2 to 3 hours in the heat! read more

Definitely doesn't take 10 minutes, be prepared for a 1-2 hour wait with NO Line. There was literally 1 car in front of me and I sat there for over an hour. Workers were in no hurry whatsoever & spent most the time talking or on the phone. read more

Complete BS!!! 15 minutes. Nope. 30 mins? Nope. During my 75 minute WAIT, I saw one car have to drive off because they didn't have the oil for it. Drained my oil than tried to upsell me for premium oil DON'T COME HERE i had 0 oil in my car for a week my engine couldve burned out.

I've been coming to this location for years, and it's been several different companies. As each new company would do something to make me mad, I would go elsewhere for a while, then come back and try the next new company. Take 5 is the newest company in this location. I went in after work to get a state inspection. This is really very simple. They check your vehicle, you pass or fail, and you're gone in 15 minutes. Or so I thought. They pulled me into the third stall, and I waited, and waited. There were 6 employees to do two oil changes, but no one for me. I continued waiting. After both oil changes were finally done, an employee came over and started on me. I failed because my license plate light was out. He said get it fixed and come back. All he had to do was look at it and I would pass. I got a bulb, replaced it, and was back in 15 minutes. Now I got to wait again while 6 employees did 2 oil changes, then he looked at my truck. While I think this is the wrong way to do business, all the employees are extremely nice, couldn't be more friendly. Will I be back? Absolutely not! But they sure were nice to me! read more

i was directed into the service bay. and it took over 25 minutes before anyone greeted me. The technitions were slow and acted like they did not care about their job. It too 37 mimutes to get an oil change. So much for Take 5. I wish I could give a 0 rating. read more

This place is junk. They are fast and affordable but have the worst customer service. You get what you pay for. I had to come back multiple times because their inspector was either "gone for the day", "out for the day, or "at lunch" . On the 5th stop, they finally did my inspection but they miss typed my vin and I had to come back again. Mistakes can happen, but when I came back they made me wait in line behind 2 other cars before they would fix it. The worst place. I wouldn't get my kids bicycle tire changed here. read more

Went for oil change. Took a while to finally get it done. Forgot to ask how to stop the notification in my vehicle. Vavoline always remembers. Called back and was told manager could help me over the phone. Didn't pick up. Back to service bay. He told me to call back or come in. Geez. I don't want to wait forever! read more

The staff outside did a great job, but the jerk inside wouldn't honor my coupon "because it wouldn't be fair to him, his internet team quit". I already had the oil change done, had called ahead to verify senior and/or veteran discounts. Oil change cost me way more than it should have! I suggest seniors and veterans take their business to Tuffy down the street. They ended up being cheaper without a coupon and no attitude. read more

Just terrible... On our second visit to this place the gentleman checking us in informed us that we paid for full synthetic oil on our first visit but were given cheaper oil instead. The young man explained that there had been a problem with some previous employees who were skimming the till. This was followed by an f-bomb laden rant by the "manager"after he apparently hurt himself doing something under the hood of another customer's car. The ultimate insult came when the young man that informed us that we had been stolen from on our previous visit suggested that he approach the manager on our behalf for a $10.00 discount on our service. This was to make up for the swindle on our previous visit. The manager not only refused to make it right, he refused to service our car and we left. This place is a total sh-t show. read more

Very expensive. Changed my oil and my fuel filter. I brought my own oil and filters and the bill was $89! Charged $75 just to change the fuel filter that I supplied. Won't be back! Ridiculous! read more

First let me just say, the workers are absolutely kind and willing to help with any problem you bring to them. I came in a few days ago thinking I was at the right place but the manager helped me handle my stripped pan issue (from previous oil change from another car place) and what a blessing it was to have fallen upon someone who explained everything that I needed to know and how to avoid what happened the first time. Plus you don't even have to leave your car!! I will definitely be going here again and this time it will be on purpose. read more

I have used this location for many years as it has changed owners and have never had a bad experience until yesterday. I had my 3 month old and 8 year old children with me and needed to get the oil changed and my inspection done. I also had a low tire pressure warning which I assumed they would fix since it is part of the oil change. 1)the guy who walked out to address me had his pants lower than his waist line looking like a thug. 2) this guy told me they couldn't do the inspection because the machine is down. I asked if they knew when it would be back up and was told "no way to know, it is the state stuff maam" which makes me think that no one can do the inspection because the machines must be down for everyone 3) they do the oil change and I go to pay and they say they put the high mileage oil in...my suv has 24,690 miles on it...no where close to over 100,000. 4)I get in my suv and the low tire pressure warning is still on and my car says they are still the same psi as what it was before I brought the suv to them, I check my receipt and they say my tires front and back were at 32 and fine. So I pull around and ask for them to fix. Out of the 8 guys standing around, one comes to fix it...while the other guys go inside and start watching the Oklahoma vs Kansas state game. Which is fine, except the guy fixing my tire pressure doesn't know what he is doing and fills up my front tire all the way to 57! My other tires were at 33. He acts like he has no idea what they are suppose to be at...didn't they just finish working on my car? Another guy comes over, acts like I told them what I want it at but says they are suppose to be at 36 and he will get them all like that for me. Fine. He does that....and I leave. 4) I check my door for the recommended psi which is 34. I see they didn't even bother to vacuum my front floorboards like they usually do and I called another oil change place and was told they could do my inspection. 5) so I question if they even did the oil change, the machines obviously weren't down since I was able to get it done right down the road, and while getting my inspection done at the other place, I saw they pull up the shop vac and vacuum the front seat. Very disappointed in this place. Clarence is the best and had been there thru the owner changes but wasn't there today and I will never be going back after this experience. read more
