Payed for one car wash, was signed up for a repeating charge it is apparently impossible to cancel. When I've gone to the website, the contact us form simply does not function--convenient for them to be able to keep fraudulently charging my card. read more

Take 5 Car Wash - Fraud report to FTC - Car Wash Near Me - Memphis, Tennessee

I have used many of the take 5 car wash's all over the city of Memphis and they are all horrible. The app never worked at any location, and they make it ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP. I ended up just having to cancel my credit card. I was trapped for three months of them charging me while trying to resolve issues with people who have no clue what they're doing, and employees at some locations were clearly stoned. Completely ghetto. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

Facility had everything you would need for a basic car wash. Some of the vacuums were broken but there were not a lot of customers there at that time so there was no wait times. read more

I was harassed and then threatened across the street by a CARWASH USA employee named Kevin on S. Perkins Rd in Memphis. I've called the customer service hotline 3 times and left a message with no call back. Shocker. After me expressing my disappointment in them no longer providing towels to dry your windshield he said get over it and get out of here whiteboy , which I said pulled over to him and said why did you say to me? And then drove across the street to get gas and he followed me on foot. read more

Went through the car wash and it pulled my roof rack cover off completely.and bent it. They had to go in the car wash to retrieve the part. Going on 3 weeks and no one has bothered to contact me to tell me anything. I've emailed them over and over call the 800 number over and over. Went back to the location found the manager 2 weeks ago he said the district manager was working on it. It doesn't take this long for someone to give me a answer and get my car fixed. Please feel free to call me at 706-580-8649 once you all see this review. And give me a answer. Thanks read more

I think they rushed a bit, my car is still pretty filthy. I don't pay that much for someone else to wash it and could've done a much better job my self read more

Could use an attendant for questions or emergencies. But other than that good. They have vacuums the process is quick but thorough.

Great full Service system. If you need your car cleaned to look as if you just bought it then this where to go.

They need to focus their staff on scrubbing and prepping the vehicles before going thru the wash.....INSTEAD of harassing every driver with their monthly plans, leaving only One person to scrub and make sure your roof top is down, auto wipers are off, and wheels aligned!!! Ridiculous.....they ripped off my wiper. This was 3rd or 4th time I've complained. New Owners don't give a crap! read more

I went to this car wash with a very dirty car. Both inside and out. I should have been embarrassed to have them work on this vehicle. I selected the full service option. I was extremely pleased with the results. I left with a vehicle that was as clean as the day I drove it off the lot new. Excellent job. read more

This is where I get my car washed locally. This is a great full service car wash. You have multiple options; Go through the automated car wash, automated car wash plus GooGoo employee detail, wipe down and vacuum or you can pull to the side and vacuum yourself. The employees are friendly and helpful. Quick and easy. read more

They could care less about customer service. Extremely rude people and the wash cannot clean wheels no matter how much the cost. There are other options in town that may appreciate your business. You will be bothered every time you pull in by some sales person to buy a month. Be warned once you buy they will be all over you about putting their ugly sticker that never works in the window of your 50k suv. Rude when your there and rude if you ever get a response from their customer service. read more

I'd love to see some hustle from the folks doing the full service. They are so darn slow. Not that it's a big deal, but two other cars that pulled up behind me got their car serviced before mine. read more

This place is awesome! I get my car washed at similar places in New Orleans, but the car never gets this clean! I'm thrilled with how it looks, and the service was incredible. Thank you! read more

The worst car wash I have ever received. Paid for the full service car wash and still have bird poop on my window, dust in my vents, crumbs on the floor. Will not return. read more

My husband is a frequent user of the Goo-Goo 3 minute express wash on Auburn on Bent Creek. On Saturday 11/16/19 the machine pulled his front bumper off on the driver side and damaged the fog lights and paint. They said sorry we'll fix it and sent him to a shop in Auburn who gave him an estimate of $221. He got two more estimates one for $693 and $713. Instead of meeting him half way, the manager said Mr. $221 is the ONLY ONE THEY WILL PAY FOR. I don't know who owns this place but one of your young managers is not doing their job very well. This is not good for business. They have all of our info and will not try to reach us. When we call them they say they are waiting for an email but their email is not working. I guess we will see them in Court. SAD! read more

I feel like I have a new car. I got the wash and the tire treatment and the outside of the car came out sparkling. We used the free vacuum and the free mat cleaner and it did a great job. I'm never washing my car myself again!!! And, I might add, the employees were fantastic! read more

If I could give no star I would! The past 2 times I have been here it's crap( the wash is great) the guys in the back don't clean the inside, they didn't get in the 3rd row of my van to vacuum or wipe the windows an the didn't get in an wipe the passenger side out or the dash! This place used to be grate but not now they changed all the guys in the back an it's like they just want to stand around and talk! read more

This is the second time that I've returned expecting to get my car clean and have had less than unsatisfactory results. The first time I got the Express wash. I get that my car was really dirty due to the construction going on by my house, but the guys doing the scrubbing barely touched my car. There was soap left over from the wash and when I got done, the one spot I wanted gone was still there! Well, today I thought surely it would be different and that this time I'd bump it up a notch and get the $9 crappy wash. Again, one guy was scrubbing and the other guy was mostly standing around. Neither one scrubbed the side of my car and that stain that was STILL there after the first wash was STILL THERE after the second wash. Plus, soap residue as usual. I'll give a 1 star for the free vacuums, but it might be more worth your time and money playing arcade games than wasting your money sitting in a crappy car wash. read more
