I've called the customer service hotline 3 times and left a message with no call back. Shocker. After me expressing my disappointment in them no longer providing towels to dry your windshield he said get over it and get out of here whiteboy , which I said pulled over to him and said why did you say to me? Went through the car wash and it pulled my roof rack cover off completely.and bent it. They had to go in the car wash to retrieve the part. They need to focus their staff on scrubbing and prepping the vehicles before going thru the wash.....INSTEAD of harassing every driver with their monthly plans, leaving only One person to scrub and make sure your roof top is down, auto wipers are off, and wheels aligned!!! Ridiculous.....they ripped off my wiper. This was 3rd or 4th time I've complained. New Owners don't give a crap! read more

They could care less about customer service. Extremely rude people and the wash cannot clean wheels no matter how much the cost. There are other options in town that may appreciate your business. You will be bothered every time you pull in by some sales person to buy a month. Be warned once you buy they will be all over you about putting their ugly sticker that never works in the window of your 50k suv. My husband is a frequent user of the Goo-Goo 3 minute express wash on Auburn on Bent Creek. On Saturday 11/16/19 the machine pulled his front bumper off on the driver side and damaged the fog lights and paint. They said sorry we'll fix it and sent him to a shop in Auburn who gave him an estimate of $221. He got two more estimates one for $693 and $713. Instead of meeting him half way, the manager said Mr. $221 is the ONLY ONE THEY WILL PAY FOR. I don't know who owns this place but one of your young managers is not doing their job very well. This is not good for business. They have all of our info and will not try to reach us. When we call them they say they are waiting for an email but their email is not working. I guess we will see them in Court. SAD! read more

I feel like I have a new car. I got the wash and the tire treatment and the outside of the car came out sparkling. We used the free vacuum and the free mat cleaner and it did a great job. I'm never washing my car myself again!!! And, I might add, the employees were fantastic! read more

The past 2 times I have been here it's crap( the wash is great) the guys in the back don't clean the inside, they didn't get in the 3rd row of my van to vacuum or wipe the windows an the didn't get in an wipe the passenger side out or the dash! This is the second time that I've returned expecting to get my car clean and have had less than unsatisfactory results. The first time I got the Express wash. I get that my car was really dirty due to the construction going on by my house, but the guys doing the scrubbing barely touched my car. There was soap left over from the wash and when I got done, the one spot I wanted gone was still there! Well, today I thought surely it would be different and that this time I'd bump it up a notch and get the $9 crappy wash. Again, one guy was scrubbing and the other guy was mostly standing around. Neither one scrubbed the side of my car and that stain that was STILL there after the first wash was STILL THERE after the second wash. Plus, soap residue as usual. I'll give a 1 star for the free vacuums, but it might be more worth your time and money playing arcade games than wasting your money sitting in a crappy car wash. read more
