He knew my rental car ran out after a month and still it was another week beyond having to take back the rental before I got my car. Front sensor lights didn't work when I got it back along with another electrical issue. It was not worth having my front sensors work to have to go back and deal with them again. 10 days later I had different fluids spill out of the front of the car. I opened the hood and looked down and the entire bottom of the car still had a huge crack in it where I had the accident. The manager sent a tow truck on a Tuesday to pick it up, it is now Friday and HE WILL NOT tell me anything. I am borrowing a car and I use my vehicle for my job. However, when i arrived to pick up the vehicle, I discovered that the part was still missing and had not even been installed. I had already made arrangements to pick up the vehicle based on their confirmation that the repairs were complete, only to find out that it wasn't actually ready. I then had to wait an additional hour while they addressed the situation. After having my vehicle for over a month and paying a substantial amount for the repair, this level of communication, organization, and quality control is completely unacceptable. if a final inspection had actually been performed, this should have been caught before i was told the car was ready. Overall, this was a very frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. I expected much better communication and attention to detail, especially given the amount of time and money involved.
