They have two lanes and one of them NEVER is open in fact there is always a car blocking one of the lanes. As a business owner I completely understand trying to secure new customers but everytime I come I get stuck behind people that are NOT members and it takes 5 minutes per person/car to try and convince them to become members and to sign them up etc etc. After sitting for nearly 10 minutes I finally get to go though and after reviving my engine I was told that I would be escorted off the property by I'm assuming one of the managers, luckily there was no confirmation so I canceled my membership and will visit one of the other multiple car washes on Union Ave. read more

Too many staff. We don't need help using an automatic kiosk. We don't need 3 staff helping us through an automatic car wash only to then vacuum and clean out the inside of our own car afterwards. And now there are no bottles of spray cleaner because they've all been stolen. Maybe you should change your business plan to have all of your extra staff actually working and clean the inside of the cars with the cleaning supplies you have bought so they don't get stolen. Paid $25 for a wash here. Car was not cleaned fully, and staff was unable/unwilling to provide refund. Came here while passing through on a road trip to have my car washed and salt removed. No clear designation on what the different levels of wash provide, but I went for the best/most expensive hoping to end up with a clean car at the end. Took a look after going through the wash and noticed salt, dirt and soap still on my car. Asked attendants for refund which they were unable or unwilling to provide. They called the owner who said for me to call or come back another time, despite me mentioning repeatedly that would be driving and not from around here. I don't have time for games. I believe I should get what I paid for with a $25 car wash. I recommend you avoid this chain of car washes entirely. read more

SO BASIC: The basic wash is a little better than the "basic" manager. I showed her the car wash didn't clean the car... She said, "looks clean to me" and got back to her breakfast at 9:30 am. She refused to run the car through again, so I had to back out. The two cars behind me backed out, too. But I guess that's a win for the employee and a loss for the owners and customers... Just close this location...pitiful. Half the vacuums are out of service to observe social distancing. Of the 6 "open" ...3 do not work. Why are the others not doing the same thing? It's outside and the locations on Summer and Lamar DO NOT. How do I know? I had time today and drove to both of them. Yes, I visited THREE LOCATIONS today and they are all equally TERRIBLE. Well the prices increased and the quality has gone down. Not a great business model. I also tried 3 different vacuum stations and they did not work. I have tried all different levels of car wash at this chain but all of them return sub-par washing. All locations lack the most important requirement of a car wash service- pre-wash stations to remove bug marks etc. One has to directly drive in the car in the main car wash station, which fails to remove any tough stains for bugs and bird poop. The only advantage of this location is the unlimited vacuum time. No other reason to get the car wash other than the vacuums. read more

I have tried to use the car wash four times in the last week during business hours. They open late, close early, close around lunch, and have extended maintenance time. I have enjoyed my month pass but this is substandard all around. The management that I hear was just replaced ruined the place, but they are certainly not doing anything to endear their customers. Hopefully some competition will open soon. If you do not have a pass and are considering it, don't bank on this wash. Terrible. read more

Do your people at this location know what unlimited means? I pay for unlimited car wash service at your company. Why can't I use my unlimited service that I pay for every day? This person who said they were the manager on Sunday 11/26/2023 about 1:30pm said I needed to pay for a single wash. She the manager also said I needed to wait 3 to 4 days until the new month to use my unlimited service. She the manager also said the service I pay for is not really unlimited. Can someone from your company explain to me what the hell is going on? Do I pay for unlimited services or I only get so many a month? The girl working there yesterday didn't wash my windshield or back window with the solution available to do so. I had to ask her for a towel to wipe my vehicle down. She was on her phone and might as well not have been there. The vacuums do not have enough suction to vacuum your vehicle. They need to be replaced. on April 12 2023 I drove up to the take 5 car wash in Millington TN decided I would go through the automatic car wash in my 2014 Silverado truck when I did the machine caved in my whole window shield with me inside scariest thing ever the manager told me to fix the demaged bring him receipts he would reimburse me so I replaced my window $300 my antenna $35 fix paint job $520 total of $850 I took my receipts in and the manager said he had to turn that into someone else so I returned a week later gave me the runaround said he waiting to hear back kept on blowing me off now it's August of 2023 still do not have my reimburse if my out of pocket $850 worth of demaged new manager there now he is blowing me off as well canceled my membership of $39.99 a month they still take that out of my account I have not been back to wash anything since April 12 2023 when my window got caved in on me inside my truck being charged monthly and do not go there bull shit this is the one in Millington TN site 063 read more

Just tried it for the first time and was impressed. I remember the old car wash and this is MUCH better than years ago. What is really nice about this wash, as opposed to some others in town, is that they spray your grill with a bug cleaner! This is really helpful if you get bugs on your front end as the other washes do not get all of the bugs off your car. The free vacuums at the end were very powerful and all of them worked. Overall, a very nice experience and I will be back. Recommended. read more

This is for the Union Ave. Memphis location: Paid $23 for their "polymer pro wash" and for the "sponge pack." I had to ask for the sponge pack and show the receipt, which was OK. But after my car went through the wash I saw that no wax or polymer was used. I walked back and asked the attendant who related that the wax and polymer portion it wasn't working and hadn't been. Yet they'll take the money for the extras and no refunds. He said if I come back someday in the future when it is actually working and find him and have my receipt he'll "take care of me." read more

I like this place. It's not terribly expensive, the vacuums are free after the wash and unlike other places nearby they dont steal all your change while ur waiting for it to be cleaned. Easy to use, if you're near it's the best place around. I think they have some free times on Wednesday as well. read more

So I backed out and waited for another spot to open up, only to have an employee yell at me that I was holding up his line. (No one had yet come through behind me).
