I contacted this trailer dealer about buying a trailer and I both had a funding source ligned up…read morebut also could just pay cash. They informed me they was not interested in dealing with a new lender so I said I would just pay cash to give me a total on the trailer I was interested in. I gave them my contact information and was told they would send an invoice to me in email. I never received an invoice so I contacted them again and was told once more they would send me n invoice via email. I verified they was not getting caught by a spam filter, they juast was never sending the invoice. Theire loss, I ended up calling BigTex and worked a deal on a trailer, received an invoice within minutes and drove over to buda, tx an hour later and picked up my new trailer. I recommend looking somewhere else for your trailer needs as theses huys do not know how to communicate or do business.

I am very impressed with the trailer, the rent-to -own option and their customer service. They are a small operation on Hwy 105 in Montgomery, Texas but they make up for it with personalized service. Once I get my current trailer paid off I will be back to buy another.

Ordered a 14 ft dump trailer after looking on line for a while. Called & talked to a sales rep…read more(John Pate). Had my financing pre approved with Synchrony Bank. Called a told him what I wanted. He had one with an awning I didn't need so he removed the awning & upgraded to 14 ply tires for a great price. I pulled into their lot and in less than an hour I had signed paper work they had hooked up the trailer and tested lights and put tag & vin sticker on & I was ready to pull out. Got a better deal than any I found on line & trailer included spare tire & ramps. Definitely satisfied and would recommend them. Even got 2 nice caps with the trailer.
