They informed me they was not interested in dealing with a new lender so I said I would just pay cash to give me a total on the trailer I was interested in. I gave them my contact information and was told they would send an invoice to me in email. I never received an invoice so I contacted them again and was told once more they would send me n invoice via email. I verified they was not getting caught by a spam filter, they juast was never sending the invoice. Theire loss, I ended up calling BigTex and worked a deal on a trailer, received an invoice within minutes and drove over to buda, tx an hour later and picked up my new trailer. I recommend looking somewhere else for your trailer needs as theses huys do not know how to communicate or do business.
