My favorite was the Spicy Keema Dosa, a crispy rolled flatbread with a filling of spiced ground lamb and peas, served with dal (yellow lentil soup) and salad. The dosa itself wasn't made of a traditional rice and lentil batter but was crispy and carried the flavors of the filling nicely nonetheless. We also had the Butter Chicken, a hot baked platter of two large chunks of chicken in a tomato and butter sauce; the Lamb Karahi, made of lamb chunks cooked with peppers, onions, and spices in a dry curry; and the Chili Garlic Chicken, made of chicken chunks in a tangy sauce flavored with Indian pickle. Every plate was freshly-prepared, flavorful, and delicious, and went nicely with the sides of chewy nan bread and thin wholemeal chapattis.
