Use somebody else !!!!!…read more I just wanted a routine cleaning of my furnace nothing else, the gentleman tried to upcharge me $500 to replace a furnace pipe. He kept saying "it was out of code" over and over again and I was getting very irritated about the whole situation. Because he couldn't show me anywhere or any laws that say my FLUE pipe was out of regulations in the state of Colorado. So how do I know if he is even telling the truth?? He didn't understand I just wanted a routine cleaning nothing else. He then became a smart mouth and said to the paying customer "I don't know what you do for a living sir" and "All the years I have been doing this i have never had anyone questioning my integrity". My response then is it should be easy to show me where you you think my flute pipe was out of regulation. I just want to know where it say that about my furnace pipe being out of regulation, I am not your average person who just shells out my hard earned money to a stranger just because they say it is "out of code". Also after our little debate he said he would send me the invoice on where it said that and i still have yet to get the invoice or the regulation!!!

But this experience has been the opposite. Not with the technician, but the office. I was trying to ask for a price breakdown of the repair job and no one can give me a straight answer. One quote from the tech, that he didn't write down, so I called the office to get it on paper so we could make a decision about whether to fix the machine or get a new one. Got two different emails with lists of parts and prices, but they don't give a total repair cost. And when I add them up, the totals are different. I called the office for clarification and verbally got another different total from a guy who didn't seem to even know what I was asking. This obviously is confusing to me that all the repair estimates are different so I try to call to get clarification. I've probably called 5-6 times over a period of two weeks can can't get a straight answer from the people how pick up the phone, nor can I get a call back from the manager to explain the quotes. I really hope you don't have the same experience as we had. Very disappointed. I just want my washer fixed. Hoping to update this review if they actually call me back and fix the machine.
