I love that PetSuites offers Puppy Preschool, where there's structured playtime and structured rest time. This also helps keep him on his potty schedule. He's always so happy when I drop him off in the morning (and this is coming from a puppy with major separation anxiety). I've been really impressed with the staff at this PetSuites. They're all friendly, genuinely seem to care about the animals, and will send me the cutest pictures of my little man at play. With COVID, they offer Curbside pickup and dropoff (or you can go in with a mask on). They have indoor and outdoor play areas (another thing I like about it here). It's a relatively new facility so it's super clean and modern-looking. I have a friend that takes their dog here for normal daycare, boarding, and grooming, and they love it! Lynda's business is unique in that instead of dropping them off whenever at a pet salon, I call up for an appointment (usually within a week) and drop the dogs off then. She also tells me when to pick them up - a few hours later for my two dogs and she is amazingly always finished at the given time or a few minutes after. She charges $65 each for bathing/clipping my dogs, which is similar to the cost that I paid a few years ago at the Pet Co for a very so-so result.

The vet, Dr. Val, took the time to look up meds that would help her in her last days, not just meds for her physical condition, but other things to help her feel more relaxed and peaceful.. He found "calming pills" which are sold by Chewy.as well as other medication she could tolerate and, with his help and the " dog calming music" on U-Tube, Katie began to become calmer and stopped scratching the furniture. She loved laying on my lap with her music on, letting me rub her feet. She usually fell asleep and we would both take a nap. That's the way we spent the last evening I had with my Katie. Dr Val and his team were so kind, they took their time to explain all my options and they cried with me when I lost Katie. A few days later I received a card from them. Dr. Val and each one of his team wrote a sweet note expressing their sympathy. They treated Katie and me like family. I will always be thankful fo them for their help and loving kindness to my sweet Katie.
