The only part he couldn't complete was staying alone for 3 minutes with the evaluator--which, from my understanding, can be waived since he's my service dog. Then she claimed he failed three portions, which was simply not true. I was so upset I asked her to redo the test. She ran through everything on camera again, and he did great. Then she brought out another dog and started clicking while bringing it over--something no trainer should do. My dog gave a subtle growl but stayed in place. She jumped on that, said he failed, refused to continue the evaluation, and tried to push me into training with her. What a crook. If you use her, I promise issues will come up eventually. I paid $75 for that evaluation, and my dog passed the test with flying colors. WHAT A CROOK! FKIN SCAMMER. I thought I replied to her comment, but I sent her a message directly, so I am sharing with you what I said to her. Please work to uphold the integrity of the business: She contradicted herself, calling my dog sweet while claiming "aggression" was the issue. He passed every requirement except the 3-minute stay, which she refused to complete. Yes, he whined, but the entire interaction felt off from the start. Thank you for the refund, but it was well deserved. The whole process was shady--you were clearly ready to fail him. Completely inappropriate.

We had a bad experience with a prior groomer before so I wanted to try someone new. As soon as Wolfie's pulled up, I could tell there was a great vibe about our groomer Harrison and the owner Matt. There have been times before when my dogs would leave the groomer and they just seemed a little sad and not themselves. But today my dog literally came back to the house smiling after his grooming service with Harrison. Harrison is officially my dog grooming whisperer. He was so gentle and patient with Kona. He took his time and made him feel comfortable. I really do appreciate the friendly customer service and how easy it was to set an appointment. I am very pleased with the service I received today.

She is a true dog whisper in every sense: she has a commanding authority they immediately respected, and she treats them with love as though they were her own dogs. I trust her completely with them, and I am highly protective over them since losing my first two to the parvo virus. I might legally own these dogs, but someone like Jenna has made their short lives even more joyful during her visits and has become a major part of their limited interaction with humans outside my immediate family.

She has an app for contact which is great, it means all of our conversations, scheduling, invoices, etc are all in one place and there's never any confusion. I like that I can view her calendar and see which dates are available before I send a request, and double-check if I already booked ahead for any trips. She also posts updates any time they will be closed or busy holiday weekends are coming up. Her prices are reasonable, similar to what I was paying the previous sitters. Jordin's very sweet with the cats, diligent about bringing in mail, emptying the litter tray, feeding the girls and all of that. She has always followed our instructions and communicates any problems. She sends a little report at the end of each visit with photos, which is always a nice touch.
