They have you put down half of the cost up front which worried me at first because I've never done that before, but it's because they make REAL appointments for your pup. When they say 10am they mean 10am. That is your time slot. They don't stick them in a crate and get to them when they can. My Olive was only there for 1.5hr! Because of this too there's not a ton of dogs in there making a ton of noise and stressing everyone out. They have you fill out a questionnaire beforehand and when you take them in they truly want to know what you want and take the time to do a consultation. Like a real hair appointment! They even have hair length examples. I am very very happy with the cut and their willingness to work with my particularity's because of Olives high maintenance coat and disasters in the past. 10/10 recommend!

Our Cavapoo gets really bad knots even when we brush him daily so he had to be shaved but we know his hair will back in no time.

Our dog needed a cut bad cus his hair was growing out like crazy. He's never gotten groomed before…read moreso we didn't know how he would react. Found this place on Yelp and this was our second choice since our first choice did not answer their phone. We made a quick appt over the phone and it was smooth sailing. We ran a little bit late and tried to call while on the way but they were not picking up. We finally got to them literally a light away from there and they said they couldn't hear the phone cus of the dryers. We finally got there and we dropped him off. They said to come back within 2-3 hrs which was fine with us cus then he should be done right after our son gets out of school. They never called or texted till way later. I assume they had a lot of clients. Went back and got him all cleaned up. No special haircut or anything cus from what they said, our fluffy frenchie should not be cut like shaved off a lot cus they said his hair might not grow back a lot. So he got a good trim under his butt, behind his legs and the part that looks like a lions mane. They cut his nails but said it was hard cus he wouldn't really stay still. They cleaned his ears. They couldn't brush his teeth cus he was moving too much they said. So the lady told us to try to train him on that?.. the regular trim came wit cleaning ears and cutting nails so it was I think $80 or $85. I think it would've been $10 more for teeth brushing.. they added a lil bandana as well to his neck. So cute. The dude we talked to when dropping him off was koo but the lady after picking him up was a lil stiff and sounded frustrated.. the place is kinda expensive compared to our first choice that offered $60-$65 for the same thing. The place walking in had shelves that was all empty. Not sure why..

We come every time my boy needs a manicure. The staff are always friendly and Otis does a wonderful job with Dude's nails. My boys love the rainbow Sherpa man toy from here, but it is originally $8.98 and I always wait for it to go half off so I can get 2. My boys, Dude & Saint always come here for birthday cupcakes, toys & treats. I always walk out of here with more than I plan to spend because why not. I bought my 10 year old terrier his 10th birthday cupcake, 3 toys and a bag of dry liver for his gifts. I've been trying to celebrate him everyday. Definitely my favorite pet store and I'm sad the one near me closed down.

He was able to get all of those areas perfectly. I just can't say enough good things. He did such a good job. She normally hates the Groomer and comes home super anxious and that's why I resorted to home grooming, but after this visit, she was just feeling pure relief. Today's date is November 10th 2025 I would just like to put out there that this is the most horrible worst dog grooming Spa I have ever took my dog to I mean the worst of the worst and do not know how to take responsibility when they're in the wrong and just do the right thing. Due to the fact that all of the groomers that I usually take my dog too was booked and since tomorrow November 11th is her first birthday I wanted to make sure I had her looking nice and pretty for her birthday and her birthday pictures. This was my first time bringing her to this groomer to get a bath and a haircut for the price of $125, I was excited when I dropped her off even when I came to pick her up she was jumping all over me and I noticed right off the back that it was cut a little bit too short for my liking but I was like okay I can get over that hair grow back. So I told my daughter to take her on out to the truck while I pay for her services and even bought $50 worth of merchandise from them for my baby girl. So when I return to my truck and as I was driving away my dog kept getting on me like she needed me to see something so as I was looking at her I noticed that she had blotches in her coat from being cut the wrong way, it was on her chest and also on her legs several different blotches where they had cut too close to her skin. So when I went back in there to ask for a refund they gave me the runaround for a minute and then after about 10 minutes of discussing what had happened during her service didn't nothing come out of it and by the way they knew she was that way they should have never accepted money from me and told me what had happened to my dog when I first came in and didn't notice it right off the back. They finally gave me my money for her grooming services but they didn't realize they actually ruined her birthday and my day it would have been nice for them just to actually be a friend about it but they wasn't. They only been in business one year I didn't know that until I seen a flyer with a one-year celebration of their opening. I didn't get an apology or anything.. they act like they're nice which they can play like they are but they are not good at grooming, need to close down their business and whoever that guy was the gay one who did my dog like that. I hope you get ran over by a truck and go get your license because you do not know what you're doing at all. This place was amazing! I took three of my dogs, the first dog; was Sweetie. The staff took very good care of her. Made her look clean and cute! She smelled like candy and sprayed some glitter on her. My other two dogs; Hercules & Samson, I took in at the same time and got the best treatment. Both of them came out smelling so good with the cutest collar to go with their new haircut! This place is one of those places I'd keep coming back too. If you need a dog that needs to get groomed, this is the place. They even took me in as a walk in the first time. The staff was very respectful with me and my dogs and treated my dogs with care and love. Thank you guys for treating my dogs! I'll come again soon! read more

Everyone here is so personable - responsive, great customer service, and clearly love animals and just want to give them the best experience! It's hard to find a place that grooms cats, but our girl was in real need of TLC due to poor grooming on her back end and would NOT let us help her. The groomer was so patient and gentle with her and I was amazed at her ability to work with our girl who definitely does not like water or new people. Will be coming back for all of our pets! :) read more
