Fairy Tails pet spa is an absolutely magical place! The team here is made up of true professionals who clearly love what they do and genuinely care about the animals they work with. We brought in our drama queen of a dog -- who usually isn't thrilled about grooming -- and they worked wonders. They turned our pup into a true princess! She looks stunning, and more importantly, she's happy and comfortable -- and that means the world to us. A special thank you to Bree Leary for her incredible work and patience. I just took my two very hairy Border Collies here. They were awesome and didn't break the bank! I had nearly stopped getting my girls groomed because prices have gone sky high!! I am so happy I found them here at Fairy Tails! What a breath of fresh air! They did a great job!

I took my fur babies here about a week ago and they are still as clean and smell good as ever!! They got us in super quick and took amazing care of my fur babies!! Highly recommend Fairy Tails Pet Spa! We will be back

Andrea is the professional that cuts Murphy's hair, and she has consistently done a thorough, adorable job with him! I love that the other dogs that are present when I walk him in to the salon are quiet and calm, it speaks to the comfort the specialists here provide their pets. Their prices are reasonable for the care provided, and all of the groomers are very welcoming and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good pet grooming salon! read more

Needing a new groomer I began to search Yelp for someone who could get my dog in quickly. Realizing that wouldn't be easy they picked up the phone and said they could see her within a few hours. The inside of this pet spa is so cute and I love that you can see the pets being groomed. It makes everyone involved feel more comfortable. I was specific with my requests and when I picked her up was pleasantly happy to see she looked just as I imagined. The cut and services were excellent. The communication and care of my dog was positive and the staff is sweet. I've returned a second time and received the same consistent grooming result. I don't have any experience with the boarding aspect of this business but it looks like it's great. My only pause is that prices recently went up and now my small dogs groom will be $75 from $65. While I understand cost is going up everywhere it just makes regular grooming a little less attainable. See you in a few months Fairy Tales! read more

I've taken my dog here a couple times now, once for just a nail trim and this last time for a full groom with a deshedding shampoo. They did absolutely AMAZING! She came back feeling soft, smooth, and smelling so good. And not ONE single hair coming off when I pet her acknowledging her beauty. Their pricing is super reasonable and customer service is ALWAYS top tier! Highly recommend them to anyone. read more

They usually do a good job with my shitzu which is why I'm giving it a 3. However, the last appointment they completely shaved him down to his skin and he had so many cuts. I felt so bad for my boy. It took him about a month for his scabs to go away. Also, it was so choppy he looked horrible. Everyone made fun of him and yes they asked if maybe he was badly matted but no he was not. I don't think I'll be taking him back. read more

When I picked him up the last time I went, they rushed his nails and when i put him in his car seat I realized he was bleeding from all of his nails. Now he flinches when you touch his paws and if someone other than me were to try, he'd snap at them. Horrible experience for him, and it was rough to watch and try to help the bleeding. On top of that, the day prior of the appointment, I requested that he was done before 11am where he had a vet appointment. I even brought him in way before his appointment. They had 5 hours to get his haircut done and when I called at 1030am to pick him up, they had only bathed and blow dried him by then. I also drive 30-40 minutes to get to this specific groomer and they had told me they would get him done in time. When I called and complained they didn't offer anything, no discount for the inconvenience. I had to request it, and when I did they only offered 20% I think it was outrageous as I did everything in my power to get there early, and let them know way ahead of time that I needed him done at a specific time but they didn't do anything on their side.

We ran a little bit late and tried to call while on the way but they were not picking up. We finally got to them literally a light away from there and they said they couldn't hear the phone cus of the dryers. We finally got there and we dropped him off. They said to come back within 2-3 hrs which was fine with us cus then he should be done right after our son gets out of school. They never called or texted till way later. I assume they had a lot of clients. Went back and got him all cleaned up. No special haircut or anything cus from what they said, our fluffy frenchie should not be cut like shaved off a lot cus they said his hair might not grow back a lot. So he got a good trim under his butt, behind his legs and the part that looks like a lions mane. They cut his nails but said it was hard cus he wouldn't really stay still. They cleaned his ears. They couldn't brush his teeth cus he was moving too much they said. So the lady told us to try to train him on that?.. the regular trim came wit cleaning ears and cutting nails so it was I think $80 or $85. I think it would've been $10 more for teeth brushing.. they added a lil bandana as well to his neck. So cute. The dude we talked to when dropping him off was koo but the lady after picking him up was a lil stiff and sounded frustrated.. the place is kinda expensive compared to our first choice that offered $60-$65 for the same thing. The place walking in had shelves that was all empty. Not sure why..

You do have to sign up to for the reward program to receive the discounts, but IMO the discounts would be a regular price because everything is over priced.
