My first impression was that inventory was sparse, just a few leashes to chose from none suitable for my Lab. To be fair the primary focus of this business is not retail sales but dog sitting. Having said that my shopping experience that day was not good. 2 or 3 minutes Within entering the store (I'm the only customer) the woman who greeted me when I entered informed me that she had a retail shipment that arrived that morning and she had to get to the loading dock and get it checked in. The message that sent to me: I'd like you to leave because I have better things to do than deal with a customer. As for the dog sitting aspect of this business the place looked clean and organized. The indoor play area that I saw looked fine and there were a few small dogs playing in it, I was told that there was another indoor pen and an outdoor pen with AstroTurf, but I did not see these. Even though my retail experience was bad I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt with a 3 star rating because a; I'm required to give them a rating, and b: they are primarily a dog sitting service and not a retailer.

When I tell her we are going to see her puppy friends, she gets so excited and it seems I never am able to move fast enough to get her out of the house and down to Fetch. We get report cards each visit, and the staff love her. Pictures are posted up on the facebook page pretty regularly so we can usually see sometime the next day just how much fun she was having. The staff takes great care of her and she comes out smiling and very excited to see us. By the time we get her home, she is exhausted from all the play and socializing with other dogs and people. Socializing is very important for pups of all ages and I am so happy we have this option here in Winona. I highly recommend Fetch.

We dropped her off to have the spading done and they wanted to keep her overnight. They called at 6:00pm and said everything was fine. Then at 1:00 am they left a voice mail and said she died! She was a Bermise/Goldendoodle. I didn't understand where a routine surgery could have gone so wrong? From she is fine to she died! I had paid for the surgery and they didn't offer anything back for their incompetence! I will never take an animal to this vet again!

Attn.RABBIT -Owners My 9 yr old mini Rex rabbit, Dylan, had…read morebeen favoring his left foreleg and was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in early March 2025 by Dr. Maloney. She felt that amputation of the left leg and shoulder could give him good quality of life and also a few more good years. Although I pride myself on being knowledgeable re. many rabbit medical issues I had never dealt with amputation before. I was concerned not only about mobility and pain issues but the effect of such a "big" surgery on a sensitive rabbit. I balked at the surgery but Dr. Maloney's quiet confident demeanor allowed me to place my trust in her. On March 19th 2025 Dylan had the surgery. What happened next is still unbelievable to me. Dylan was eating hay right after the surgery , needed extra pain meds for only about 1days post surgery , was active and mobile almost immediately. In other words he recovered right away. From my discussion with other rabbit owners on The Facebook group "Tripod Bunnies'" this was an amazing recovery. Dr Maloney told me in post op appt. that she is using her own new anesthesia technique with rabbit surgery by intubating the rabbit. She also uses lot of pain meds that first day. I can tell that Dr. Maloney doesn't just plod through a routine like many but is using an inquiring creative mind and brilliant surgical skills to better the outcome for our pets and us. Is someone sends you to UWL vet school, check with Winona Vet first. You may not have to drive hundreds of miles and pay exorbitant fees after all. Thank you , thank you thank you! When I got home I opened the back where tire equipment is factory stored. There it was with the wrench and jack. Nothing had ever been disturmed or used it was there in pristine condition as installed by the factory. Fleetfarm tire center wasted 2 hours of my time. I was probably the last appointment at 3:45 and these guys did not want to work. I will be shedding my Fleet Farm card.!
