Amazing work! I've taken a full suit here for my residency interviews and it fit just like it was custom made.

Excellent work on any garment. Quality does cost, but the fit and finish are absolutely worth every penny.

Absolutely unprofessional experience. I came here over three weeks ago with a jacket I needed…read moretailored for an upcoming interview. The original quote was nearly the cost of the jacket, so I politely declined and said I would just return it. Instead of letting me do that, she stopped me, insisted on looking again, came up with her own alternative plan, and assured me it would look good. I trusted her word and left the jacket. When I returned on the promised pickup date, she immediately snapped at me, asking if I had "not seen her call" from the day before. Then, with attitude, she told me the jacket couldn't be altered after all. So after holding my jacket for over three weeks...time that cost me the chance to return it, I was left empty-handed, out the money, and just a week from my interview. The worst part wasn't even the failed alteration, but the dismissive, rude way it was handled. I did not ask for her alternative plan; she offered it, reassured me it would work, and then left me in a worse position than if I had walked away in the first place. If reliability and respect matter to you, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

I challenge you to find even one error! I highly recommend all your alterations be done here. You will not regret the !

I was told 2 weeks on my alterations. Went by around 2:00 on the day they were to be ready. She…read moresaid they were working on them and they would be ready by 5:00, they close at 6:00 and I would receive a text. At 6:00 I received a text saying they were ready and of course they close at 6 and are not open on Saturday or Sunday. I travel and needed the clothes and was not able to get them for another 2 weeks- 50 bucks to heam 1 pair of pants and heam the sleeves on a sport coat which they screwed up and are too short. Will not be back.

I dropped off a bridesmaid dress and some coats to be altered. When I went to have it altered the…read morelady who was marking the dress said that she was not the one who would be altering it and that she was only marking it to take to "Sharon" who altered them offsite which I was fine with because she was so nice and I have been to this shop in previous years and had a good experience. She text me the next week when it was ready. I came by the pick it up on this Tuesday but when I went by a sign was on the door saying she was away until 3pm. I had a doctors appointment and so I couldn't wait. I called the shop at 4pm after my appt and the same lady told me that I could come by at 5pm to get the dress. I did not try the dress on in the store because it was after hours and she had her kids waiting in the car, instead I asked if I could bring it back the next day if anything was wrong and she said yes. When I went home and tried on the bridesmaid dress it was still dragging the ground and the bust was loose and there was extra material on the sides. I took photos and sent it to the number she had messaged me on previously and asked if I could come back the next day to have it fixed. I also asked if I could meet with the alteration lady herself because the wedding was in 3 days. She called me back and told me that Sharon worked remote and that she would be there during business hours and could have it fixed. The next day I decided to take it to a different alteration lady that I knew would be in the store marking the dress herself since I was in such a time crunch. Later that same day I text the lady from exclusive alterations and told her the situation and politely asked if I could have a refund for the bridesmaid dress. I made sure to tell her that I was fine with the other work she did for me and did not ask for my money back for the other work. She called me back and yelled at me on the phone telling me that she needed to be honest with me. She said her mother had passed away in December and that she was a full time teacher with kids who was trying to keep her mothers business alive by driving clothes between the shop and "Sharon's" house. She told that she had $60 in cash to give me if I wanted to come get it from the store and to never use her shop again. She said she so offended I would ask for a refund. And then hung up on me. My fiancé and I drove to the shop to pick up the refund money she told us to come get. She then yelled at my fiancé in the store (in front of her child) saying that she thought I was trying to pull one over on her and that she wasn't going to give me my money back. She then starting yelling at her child to call 911 and got on the phone to call the police. We left. As I said before, in the past I have had good experiences with this place. Her mother was a good seamstress with fair prices and I trusted that the work would be good this time. I did not mean to offend her daughter in the text and I am sorry for the loss of her mother and if she is struggling to maintain the shop. But everyone has struggles. I currently am sick and cannot work. I am not getting an income and I don't have the extra money to spend on two alterations for the same dress if I can avoid it. I would have understood if she told me on the phone that she couldn't refund me. Instead she judged me, yelled at me, lied to me and told me she would refund me and to come get the money, and then called the cops on us when we came to get it. It was completely unprofessional and I will avoid this shop in the future.
