I must say they are very pricy but if you are looking for a good alteration in a short amount of time , this is the place to go. The staff is very nice and they have a dressing room so you can try on your altered dress. The place is a little hard to find since its in back of all the main stores but if you need help it's right next to the security station. By no means this is the first place you should go to but for emergency cases this is your spot. read more

My ski jacket central zipper had to be replaced. A shop near my home in Los Feliz quoted $60. Seemed very pricey. Found this shop at the Glendale Galleria. For $26 a perfect piece of craftsmanship: the correct plastic weather resistant zipper, smooth flat seams. it looked as if it were the original zipper. moreover, the garment was ready when promised. there will be no hesitation in returning when an alteration becomes required. top marks! read more

I am so amazed by the level of personal attention Rubina gave me. Did exceptional work on suit pants that I needed done and was so kind throughout the entire process. She did an amazing job of balancing multiple clients when other people would come in but never made me feel like she had forgotten about me. I loved my experience at Tailor Town and you definitely get what you pay for here. 10/10 recommend. read more

There are soo many good things to say about this place, I really dont know where to start. To start with, the customer service at this place is unbelievable. They treated me so good and left an amazing first impression on me. I look my dress to them a week and a half before my event and the amount of alteration needed on it would take any regular place over 3 weeks (since they liked to give themselves some time.) Tailor Town said that I had nothing to worry about and that my dress would be ready in time. And sure enough I got called in 4 days later for a fitting even though their backroom looked packed with other work. What impressed me even more was how professional and knowledgeable they were about what they do. I followed their advice about the length of my dress and I could not be more thankful since what I wanted originally would have me stepping all over my dress and falling flat on my face. I dont think I will ever go to anyone else again especially after getting so many compliments:) read more

Tailor Town - Loved loved lovedd what they did to my dress! - Sewing & Alterations Near Me - Glendale, California

I love Tailor Town! Rubina and Katherine are the best. A few weeks ago we took in my sister's prom dress and they altered it perfectly. It was at least 3 sizes big on her, yet they were able to make it work! My sister was very pleased with her prom dress. They pay great attention to detail and are very pleasant to work with. I recommend this place to all my friends and family. read more

Best place ever!! They made the impossible possible! My sister bought a dress from Camille La Vie at the Glendale Galleria. There were some alterations that needed to be made on the dress and the sales associate recommend Tailor Town in the mall. Since we had brought the dress from camilles, Rubina made the obvious pins but my sister wanted the dress more mermaid like (even tho it was made like that). we came by for the final fitting and pick up and They worked a MIRACLE!!! THEY ACTUALLY MADE IT TO MY SISTERS VISION!!! Words cannot describe how they work their magic but I highly recommend coming here for anything that you think cannot be done to your clothing! These awesome ladies are hard working and will make you feel at ease! Thank you for making my sister's vision come true! read more

They are just amazing! and speaking of incredible work and quick turn around my now husband and his brother both needed their suit pants for our wedding tapered and hemmed and they did them both perfectly in 48 hours. I've been going to Tailor Town for over ten years. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about their service, their employees and the owners. Yes, they do charge a little more than other places but frankly, it's worth it. I've taken different types of clothing to them and have always been satisfied with the outcome. In my experience, Tailor Town has never asked me to pay anything up front. With that being said I have referred many people to them and will continue to do so. Anyone who needs alterations done should definitely go to Tailor Town. They are awesome. read more

I've been a regular customer at Tailor Town for over 5 years. They were referred to me by Nordstrom. I will go there for my alterations as long as it remains open, and I recommend them to my friends as well. They do a great job, I usually take my jeans to have them hemmed, for an extra 5 bucks they attach the original bottom, so that you can't even tell. The service is great, timely, and professional. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the work they redo it for free. I took a suit jacket in and they made it look and feel like I was born with it on! I buy quality and sometimes pricey clothing, and wouldn't trust anyone else but them with my clothes. The only con is the prices, but they don't accept payment until pickup, and until they make sure that the customer is completely satisfied, and considering the location, service, and quality of work, i'll pay the extra few bucks any day. I wanted to give them 4.5 stars... so in their case I'll round up. read more

Thank you so much for always making me look amazing!!! By far the BEST tailor, you will definitely not be disappointed!! Prices are good and always accommodating read more

This place is a rip off. Charged my mom $68 to hem her dress. She barely took off any material. My brother bought a suit for $200 and he wanted the sleeves and pants hemmed and she charged him $130! Ridiculously expensive and it wasn't even same day service! Will not return. read more

I love this place!!! They never disappoint me! I live in Long Beach, but drive all the way over there because they always do a great job. Only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because they can be very expensive. Other than that, the Armenian ladies are awesome! read more

I've been going to Tailor Town for six years or so to tailor the occasional suit. The work is fair, the prices high, but their hours are very convenient because they're in the mall. The last suit they did for me was HORRIBLE, I think I could have done as good a job myself. Then today I went in to see if they'd measure my outseam because I'm in a wedding in July and am being forced to wear rented clothing, and they said "no". It's every business's right to refuse to do someone that favor, I suppose, but it's my right to let people know that if they want a friendly, loyal, tailor, this is not the place. If you want mediocre work at high prices and need convenient hours, this is the place for you. Goodbye Tailor Town! read more

Hands down my favorite alteration spot. They moved out of the mall location. Their new spot is literally by the mall. Its MORE spacious than their previous spot in the mall. I kove how they are always accomidating to your needs and reasonably priced. read more

Not happy had my pants redone 3 times and paid over $65 and still not the right size.

My go to alterations destination. I've been to different alteration locations, but always return to Tailor Town. They never disappoint and rarely deny the turn around time needed. Rubina is a gem, she is professional and can trust she will meet your needs. read more

Amazing service! I went in to get a suit custom tailored since it had been a while since I upgraded my wardrobe. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and ask if I needed help and we immediately began taking measurements. I got a nice suit, fitted perfectly. Great service, great prices. I will definitely return! read more

I've had several suits altered there, including a tux, and I am always pleased with the work!

I've been taking my suits here for over 3 years and they are very professional and quick. I have always been satisfied with their work and I would not want to go anywhere else. I recently went to an interview and the first thing the guy told me was "wow, that's a nice fitted suit". All I can say is THANK YOU Tailor Town. read more
