    Jasmine Milk Tea

We were craving a dessert after happy hour in DC so we explored Georgetown and saw the sign for bubble tea! - Jasmine Milk Tea -- added tapioca pearls; tasted watered down We were not expecting this bubble tea spot also served ramen and poke as well as a bar downstairs! It was not busy for a weeknight so we were helped right away with minimal wait for our orders. It might have been an off night so I might give it another chance next time.

Stopped by Tachi Tea after a flight and grabbed a boba. The boba itself was soft and chewy, which I really appreciated. The tea was fine, nothing bad, just didn't really stand out. With so many great boba spots around DC, I'm not sure this would become my go-to, but it was a decent stop when you're in the area.

Takeout: Pork dumplings; large Taro Milk Tea

My favorite DC restaurant. My wife and I have had the sushi burritos, a variety of the fruit teas, and the pork dumplings. All are delicious! The restaurant itself is clean and cozy and everyone working there is friendly and professional and always gets our order exactly right! :)

Taichi was absolutely delicious! Went with my brother on a nice after work stroll in Georgetown and was in need of a sweet treat. I've been seeing Taichi for quite awhile and was excited to pop in. It was a clean, sleek spot with plenty of seating and modern designs. I ordered the Thai Milk Tea with boba, my personal favorite boba tea flavor. It was PHENOMENAL! It was perfectly sweetened, strong, and had a lovely milky mix. The details of Taichi were adorable. Loved the cute panda design on the top of the cup! The service was speedy and very friendly. Cannot wait to come back and enjoy Taichi's ramen menu and other boba options!

We stumbled upon Taichi while exploring Georgetown and of course I needed to stop in to satisfy my boba craving. Ordered a Mango Green Tea, which is inclusive of boba. I found the drink to be lighter in taste, and the boba to be on the softer end rather than chewy. They also offer ramen and poke here apparently, but we didn't partake. While we only stopped in for boba, but they apparently have a bar area downstairs as well. The main floor as plenty of indoor seating available, and the interior is kept very well-lit and clean. Staff here were all very friendly to interact with.

A great relatively new player in the world of Georgetown cafes, filling a gap in the market for Asian fast casual. I was introduced to the manager Jun thru a mutual friend and he was on site personally serving our table when we arrived. We ordered a ramen dish as well as one of the bowls (Hawaiian Bomb) and found both entrees to be fresh with a good mix of ingredients. Chicken karaage and fried dumplings (note that these are Korean style with wrapper deep friend and not pan fried) are good appetizers and and not too greasy. As an added bonus they also have space downstairs for very reasonably priced private events which really stands out among similar priced places in Georgetown...

The milk tea was terrible. The boba was over cooked and the tea was completely unsweetened (there wasn't an option to adjust sweetness). The description said the base was Earl Grey tea but this was definitely Jasmine.

Serving a variety of food from ramen, poke bowls, and bubble milk tea, it's a lovely sit down restaurant with fun decorations at the entrance. I've only had their bubble milk tea and would recommend their house tea or their mango milk tea. I found their zang zang drinks to not taste as good as I hoped (hard to describe the flavor) and would recommend sticking to the classics.

Overall, I'd say we enjoyed this place. The gentleman behind the registered seemed annoyed with us but also polite so maybe that was just his personality. The sushi burrito and poke bowls were pretty good! The sushi burrito was smaller than I was expecting, but still quite filling. I didn't thoroughly enjoy the burrito being in a seaweed wrap, but it was still good. Bowl was also good. The bubble tea I'd say was rather ordinary. Nothing special. 3.6/5

We stopped here for boba. The restaurant is fairly new and was clean inside with several tables including some tables in the space downstairs. We ordered and the cashier was very nice and took out order. They do customize sweetness which is nice. I ordered a large mango green tea with 25% sweetness and my boyfriend had a tai chi brown sugar boba 25% sweet. We waited for our drinks. Watched them get made. And watched them sit at the sealing machine, completed, for 5 minutes before they called it out as ready. We watched them make 4 other drinks, before they came back to pass along our drinks. The drinks were ok. The boba had good texture. Even though we got 25% sweet, both drinks were still fairly sweet. Neither was to write home about. I should've tried the fresh fruit tea instead, rather than just the mango tea that just uses syrup for flavor.

I loved how rich and smooth this boba drink was. The tea had a strong, authentic taste that was enhanced by the slight sweetness of the milk. The boba pearls were perfectly chewy and absorbed just the right amount of flavor from the drink. The texture was so smooth, and every sip was a delight.

The sign says bubble tea, but this place is also a ramen and poke shop; they're going for it all. A downstairs bar was in the works. I just wanted the tea though, and hit their seasonal sakura special (having sadly missed the actual cherry blossoms). It was loaded with bright, fruity flavors and a bit too much ice (for the drizzly evening I visited anyway), but the tea flavor also kicked in at the end. The food wasn't very vegetarian-friendly, but I could see plenty of other interesting tea drinks.

Soy milk matcha tea with boba

Came here for some boba and it was delicious!! I got the matcha tea with soy milk and boba and it was so yummy!! I like that it wasn't too sweet and the portion size was perfect!! I love that you can still taste the matcha and it doesn't taste artificial

Broth is too bland, ordered vegetarian miso. Braised tofu would be a nice addition as well.
