I purchased A condo back in September 2020 and used him upon good reviews but now realized that they are mostly fake reviews. Terrible and unscrupulous lawyer who after making you pay a deposit will drag on for months before you get to close. Always unavailable to speak to you as he's either out for closings or on the phone and never return your calls as he is always BUSY even if he's in the office. His receptionist who speaks with a foreign accent is downright nosy and rude With an attitude. By all means stay away from him if you want a top notch real estate lawyer. there are many more professional law firms right in the heart of Main Street, Flushing. read more

I have to say I was very impressed with how professional and friendly they are, and price is very reasonable as well. It's my 2nd time home buying and Albert still asked me to go over everything in person to make sure I understand all,and the next time I saw him was at the closing table. I love Sue, she stays on top of everything. they are not like many firms out there you only get to speak to the front desk and your call will be returned 4 hours later. You will get fast reply from Sue when Albert is not available. They are always there to help and being supportive which is a good feeling when you are already stressed out here and there. Albert and Sue were wonderful. We were looking to close on an apartment and after reviewing multiple options we were recommended Tai Law as reliable, transparent and affordable. Sure enough, they were. We had a particularly difficult closing, and Tai Law was able to navigate those waters well.
