Even though Kathy Yung was my initial contact via email, I spoke with Keith over the phone to answer my questions about setting up a revokable trust for our house. He was very informative and knew exactly what we needed and his staff drew up all the documents. A few weeks later, Keith met us personally in the office to sign and finalize all the documents. It could not have been a smoother process. By giving us his personal attention to our needs, Keith gave us peace of mind and satisfaction. Had a home closing at this office and the staff was super attentive and quick to process all of the paperwork. The office was also extremely clean and laid out well. Convenient parking located in the basement of the building however note that you need to pay using their online pay system. Parking can not be paid using cash or any other method. read more

DO NOT GO THERE. They are the worst! There are still issues with my solar panel lease after closing the deal for three months. The contact is still under my name and I have to end up paying for the solar panel lease till this day since the transfer was not been done right. And all they do it trying to make up lies and excuses about the new owner not wanting to take over the solar panel lease. BUT it was YUNG who did not take care of the transfer agreement before closing. read more
