This is Andrea all the way. My husband and I were blessed to be guided by her on our pregnancy journey, and it was completely life-changing for the both of us. A doula is not just for the pregnant mama...she is also there to support the husband or birth partner and show them how to best support the mama during birth. Our sessions with Andrea leading up to the birth were transformational for us as a couple as we also learned more about ourselves and each other. This paved an essential foundation for our birth story to unfold upon. Andrea has walked the walk herself, and has done it so gracefully, in a way that I really respect and admire. Beyond the childbirth education courses that she offers, she has a wealth of knowledge and so many amazing tools in her toolbox to help guide you on your sacred journey. She's also very spiritually connected with a worldly and wise perspective, which really helped ground me when I was in my head, being fearful, and needed it the most. For me, as the mama, being pregnant was a very emotional journey where I worked through a lot of fear. I couldn't have done this work without Andrea's support and loving guidance. She really has an amazing way of redirecting fear into excitement which made me feel so much more confident and trusting towards my body and this process. If you are searching for a doula or even considering one, look no further. Andrea is THE Tahoe Doula. Thank you Andrea for supporting us and making our journey so memorable and so beautiful. Because of you, we were able to take on the birth more confidently, educated, prepared, and be legitimately excited about it. Now we have such an amazing beautiful baby girl and we couldn't be happier! We love you like family and appreciate you and all you did for us!

I will never forget how helpful she was in the days that followed birth as well. She made sure our family had everything we needed, including getting me lactation support and finding donor breastmilk. If you are in need of a doula or birth education, it doesn't get any better than Andrea!

While trying to successfully navigate my career, be a doting wife and mother who's caring/loving/nurturing, I completely lost myself. Although I had everything I wanted, I didn't feel whole -- I felt broken, angry, tired, frustrated, resentful and down right depressed. This is when I hit rock bottom and decided I needed help. It was then that I reached out to a friend who recommended me to Stephanie. I was skeptical at first as I had never worked with a life coach. During my initial consultation with Stephanie, I felt heard, understood, and more importantly I felt comfortable being my authentic self -- without any judgment. After the consultation, I felt a bit more at ease and for the first time, I felt hopeful. After meeting once a week over a few months, I am proud to say that I've learned how to happily live and thrive in my new life -- without giving up things that bring me joy. With Stephanie's help and insight I was able to understand and accept my current situation while gaining a clear vision of where I wanted to be.
