    The Piano Mechanic

I hired him for tuning and regulation. His overall process was much more in-depth compared to other tuners and technicians I've used in the past. He took the time necessary to really dial in the regulation and fix specific issues that others might have overlooked. What stands out most is his absolute passion for the craft. It was fascinating talking to him about piano construction, from the nuances of wood sources in Fazioli pianos to his own personal project restoring an antique Bechstein. You can tell he lives and breathes pianos. My instrument sounds and feels fantastic. Highly recommend!

Brandon was on time and did a wonderful job deep cleaning and tuning our piano. We didn't realize how much work the piano needed, but he explained and showed us all the areas of concern. He showed us what work was absolutely necessary to get the piano in decent shape for the Holidays right now, and what could be done in the near future. So grateful that he was able to move things around in his schedule and squeeze us in. His work was meticulous and neat and fairly priced. Thank you so much, Brandon!

He cares about your piano and knows what he's doing. You can feel safe and secure in the fact that he knows how to absolutely care for your piano. Allegro piano service It's a little bit more expensive than some other piano tuners but you get what you pay for. I have had other companies tune my pianos and I can honestly say that Brian is superior to the others. We will continue to use Brian to care for our Baldwin grand piano for as long as he is working. I have complete faith in his competency and experience. I want to also mention that he plays the piano beautifully.

My previous piano tuner technician retired so I asked for a referral for someone in my area who…read moredoes good work. Brian was the tech I was sent to, along with another. I was always happy with the tuner who took care of my instruments for about 20 years so their endorsement was important to me. Using the online scheduling system I made an appointment about a month or so out since it was the soonest available. There were follow up e-mails and confirmation of the day and time and Brian showed up on schedule. Since I know enough about pianos to be dangerous we had a conversation about what I needed from this service, go over my wishes from my first e-mail and clarify what my priorities were. A piano like mine that has not been serviced in a long time did have other problems that were diagnosed quickly and solutions were offered that could be done easily and with a minimum of additional charges to the total bill. Tuning, regulating the action and voicing the hammers made a big difference, plus all the little things I asked for got taken care of. I knew from experience that this was going to take some time which in turn meant it would cost more than "just a tuning." I have no gripes about the bill. Bottom line: you get what you pay for and this servicing resulted in a playable piano that I can enjoy rather than one that collects dust and is a nice place to display family photos.
