In fact, I tried to upsell him and asked about a cleaning since this piano had been sitting for a few decades. He said it was in excellent condition, and his mantra was "If it's not broke, don't fix it," which I really appreciated. He also explained every step of the process, and used a tool that allowed me to watch him as he tuned it. I could see how when he first came it was really out of pitch and tune on the app, and then when he did the full tuning I could watch the symbol on the app go into the tuned position. The offer you a complimentary lesson too for renting their instrument. But for some reason, the instructor overbooked and had us wait for half an hour.
