He also was great about sending his availability. I booked a date then switched it and then switched it back. He was very accommodating and it was very easy to schedule via text. Next is that this man is a professional. He showed up early and with shoe covers. Whenever anyone shows up to my house with shoe covers, that is already a great first impression. We were off to awesome start. It just shows how considerate they are coming into your home. Now the piano tuning. I've never seen a piano being tuned before so it was interesting to see how he had an iPad he used as he worked to tune each key. While having a full on hour conversation with me. In fact, I tried to upsell him and asked about a cleaning since this piano had been sitting for a few decades. He said it was in excellent condition, and his mantra was "If it's not broke, don't fix it," which I really appreciated. He also explained every step of the process, and used a tool that allowed me to watch him as he tuned it. I could see how when he first came it was really out of pitch and tune on the app, and then when he did the full tuning I could watch the symbol on the app go into the tuned position. He was also a really nice, courteous guy. He took off his shoes on our new carpet. He never asked me to leave a review, and I'm glad I went with him. I'm definitely going to use him again.
