After removing the old one (and luckily a junk removal guy saw it and picked it up!) he got to work installing and explaining how the new water heaters work, and how the difference between tankless and tank. Since I had a professional plumber present, I asked him if he could take a look at some minor issues around. With pleasure he said "let's got take a look" so we did. Again explaining to me what was causing the problem and how to fix. I said I'd prefer to pay a professional like he, so we talked about some future projects with quotes. Whole install time took about 3 hours. It would have taken me 3 weeks. After he was finished with the actual install, he actually broke down what exactly he did on the receipt.
