All we can say is Wow! We nearly gave up on our dream trip after another well known travel agency couldn't make it happen within our budget and wasn't listening when we gave them input as to what we wanted to experience. We found Lisa as a last resort searching Yelp. Literally one quick call and she laid out a vacation with EVERYTHING we wanted AND within our budget. The booking was absolutely effortless. The trip exceeded our expectations! Not once was a transfer late getting us where we needed to be, the two resorts were intimate, top class service and food. The excursion we booked was also fantastic to get to see Moorea and experience local culture. Lisa and Tahiti.com know the islands inside out. We will definitely be booking with them again. Thank you Lisa and the team at Tahiti.com for making our dream come true!

Lisa from tahiti.com was outstanding! She answered every concern and stayed with us throughout the planning process to make this trip perfect. Any questions or hiccups were quickly addressed and we couldn't be more happy. Lisa was generally happy for us and that we had such a great experience. I would highly recommend asking for her to achieve a very efficient and unforgettable trip to the islands of Tahiti.

This agency is abhorrent. My wife and I booked our wedding trip to Bora Bora through them and were left with incomplete services and put in extremely dangerous situations as a direct result of their negligence. We spent over $20,000 on our 6 night trip and wedding package for just the two of us. Tahiti.com and their agent's placed us in precarious situations asking us to withdraw hundreds of dollars of cash from ATMs and pay local fishermen to take us 90 miles by a small fishing boat with no life jackets or vests across dangerous and rough seas with waves of 6.5 feet on a trip that would last hours. My wife and I had to turn down the boat trip once we saw it as my wife has health conditions that make it impossible to take on this type of travel. Additionally, certain parts of our package were not received and we had to get involved every step of the way with vendors for months (something Tahiti.com should've handled entirely) and even then we still received subpar service and did not get the wedding we paid for. After all of this, their management refuses to provide any compensation for thousands of dollars being spent in addition to the $20K package fee as a direct result of their negligence. STAY AWAY from these folks and stay away from French Polynesia in general. While the water is truly beautiful, the food, level of service, attitude, and overall experience left us wishing we had gone elsewhere and we will never go back. If you want a romantic getaway/wedding/anniversary trip, don't go here and book with these folks as it will be a TRIP from HELL!

We went through Tahiti.com to plan our honeymoon vacation and I must say that I was impressed. The only thing that I did notice is that not many people stay on one island the entire time. I've read about people doing a multi-destination trip after I returned and was pretty bummed out about that. They failed to mention to me that you could do a couple of nights on one island and a mother couple of nights somewhere nearby (less than 1hr. away) I would have loved to visit Bora Bora or another island but that was never mentioned. We visited the island of Moorea and with the island on lockdown due to the pandemic; being restricted to the resort got boring fast. I would use Tahiti.com again but under better circumstances since all of our excursions were canceled. A note to Tahiti.com, ask potential customers if they would like to do a multi-destination trip. Also, the US dollar is weak in the French Polynesia so be prepared to buy a $30 bottle of alcohol for double the price.

I just returned from 10 days to Papeete and Bora Bora with my 6' tall, 15 year old grandson and 22 year old granddaughter. Candice was our travel agent and we were not at all satisfied with the lack of service. She did say, and we understood we were booking late in the season, but never did we have a room(s) with separate beds for the 3 of us, despite that being our request. Further, the first hotel had a sofa which we pulled out to make a bed and the mattress was filthy. Despite checking in before 8 PM, we did not have a clean mattress or linen for the couch until after 10:30 PM. Both grandchildren are certified scuba divers and active snorkelers. My granddaughter wrote a specific email to Candice prior to the trip asking if snorkeling gear would be available at the hotels as we like to travel light. Her response was that she recommended bringing own equipment but that gear would be available at the hotel. Not true for first hotel; kids had to walk 2 mi into town and purchase gear at single store that carried gear (and fins were way too large). Last summer our holiday was at the Fairmont on the Maldives - the Customer Service and accommodations there were incredible as opposed to this holiday in Tahiti.

I had the an amazing experience with Tahiti.com, specifically Ms. Candice Webster. I had already booked a vacation through another service, however it wasn't for the dates I wanted because, of course, sometimes I think the world revolves around my schedule. Just kidding, in truth, I didn't realize the month I wanted would book as quickly as it did. So I had already paid a down payment on my current booking when I got an email from Candice with a really great Tahiti-bora bora package--for my desired dates. I contacted her quickly, and she worked with me and my incessant bugging to put together a trip I..I mean my husband and I...would be happy with. She even let me request a specific bungalow!!! She gave me lots of helpful information, even without having to ask, and was an all around joy to deal with. If I ever win the lottery and get the opportunity to soak up some more Tahitian sun, I'd only book it with these lovely people.

Just got back from our wonderful 7 day dream vacation on the island of Moorea. Thank you soooo much to Nate at Tahiti.com for planning all of the details after I let him know what kind of trip we wanted. It could not have been more wonderful! We stayed at an overwater bungalow at the Hotel Sofitel, and loved it! The excursions, ATV tour, snorkeling with manta rays and sunset dinner at Moorea Beach cafe gave us just enough to do on a very relaxing trip. Every detail from transfers to transportations was planned for us by Nate so we didn't have to do a thing besides show up! We are already trying to figure out how soon we can go back and will definitely use Tahiti.com when we do. Thank you again for a magical experience!

I booked a family vacation to Mo'orea through Tahiti.com and we loved it. The company got us exactly what we wanted and under budget. We spent a week in Mo'orea in a junior over water bungalow at Intercontinental Moorea. A representative from tahiti.com meet us at the Tahiti airport and got us on our way once we arrived. He also gave us a business card incase we needed anything during our stay. We had no issues getting to our resort or coming home thanks to all the planning tahiti.com did for us. Highly recommended them.

Does anyone know if there are restrictions when bringing alcohol on the flight to Tahiti or between the islands? I just heard your alcohol must be sealed with a duty free sticker and you can't bring open bottles on the inter island flights?

That is a tricky one. Basically, if you are flying out of Papeete to an outer island they do security screening very similar to the USA; no open containers, sealed with duty free sticker is okay. Once you are in an outer island flying to another… Read more

"Tonight the western stars are shining bright again" (Bruce…read moreSpringsteen) We just returned from Trafalgar's ten-day "Western Frontiers" tour. We flew into Las Vegas and met our tour director and tour group for a Welcome Dinner, boarded a bus in the morning and took off for Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon and Salt Lake City. Next, we headed north into Idaho and Jackson, Grand Teton National Park, Yellowstone National Park, Montana's Big Sky Country, South Dakota's Black Hills and Crazy Horse Memorial, and wrapped things up with Mount Rushmore and the South Dakota Badlands before the tour ended in Denver. Our hotels were the Horseshoe Las Vegas, Best Western Bryce Canyon, Sheraton Salt Lake City, Mountain Modern Motel (Jackson), Kelly Inn West Yellowstone, Doubletree Billings, and the Rushmore Hotel. The tour included 9 Breakfasts, 1 Lunch, and 4 Dinners, and we signed up for a few of the tour's optional activities and meals with entertainment. Our tour kicked off with the group assembling at the Horseshoe Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas for a welcome party, a night on the town, breakfast, and a morning bus to Salt Lake City for Day #2. Day 2 included Zion and Bryce National Parks and an optional dinner with a country and western show. It was a lot of fun. On Day 3 we returned to Bryce for an early morning hike around the Sunrise to Sundown Trail, more or less parallelling the deep canyons and exposing us to some of the most beautiful scenery I've ever witnessed. Later that day, we drove North to Salt Lake City for a tour of the Mormon Tabernacle complex. Day 4 brought us to beautiful Jackson, Wyoming for a half day of dining, shopping, and sightseeing. On Day 5 we awoke to snow and visited Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. On Day 6 we spent a second day at Yellowstone and were awed by its amazing scenery. On Day 7 we headed to Billings, Montana and the Buffalo Bill Center of the West Museum. We had a Western dinner Be My Guest experience with a local chef. The rest of the tour was loaded with great attractions - the Crazy Horse Memorial, shopping in Wall, SD, Mount Rushmore, the Black Hills, and Badlands National Park. HB was our driver, and our vehicle was a brand new 2025 Prevost H3-45. It was red in color and nicknamed Scarlett! Our tour director was John Rammelkamp and he did an admirable job managing our group of 44. It was an international group, with tourists from the Philippines, New Zealand, Australia, and the Netherlands joining the many Americans. He taught us a new word- "Tourons" meaning a tourist acting like a moron, for example parking his car in a parking lot bus lane. He set up a WhatsApp for the group and shared each day's itinerary and time schedule with us. He played music and showed videos on the bus to break up some of the longer legs of the tour. He was fantastic. Our tour ended with a group dinner and a MAKE TRAVEL MATTER® Experience with Lakota Tribe Member Stephen Yellowhawk. This was our first tour with Trafalgar and we very impressed with our tour and especially the wonderful planning and entertainment skills of our Tour Director John Rammelkamp.

Vicki did it again! She NEVER disappoints. This is our 3rd trip to Europe planned with Vicki…read more Technically this would have been our 4th but because of Covid in 2020, we had to cancel our trip to France. Vicki's expertise in every minute detail of our trip was thought out carefully and perfectly executed. For every trip that we have booked with Vicki, she has always advised us to purchase travel insurance. Thank goodness for her insight as our France trip had to be cancelled in March of 2020 due to Covid, we recovered every cent that was prepaid when we cancelled. This summer, we booked a 3 week trip to Italy for our family of five. I knew that I wanted to visit the Puglia region, Amalfi Coast, and Tuscany. Aside from these three general regions, I left it up to Vicki to help decide what cities within these regions to stay. We also wanted to have a car rental to explore but also travel by train because my husband loves to travel by train. Our 3 week journey went seamlessly well. We visited Matera, Bari, Lecce, Positano, Sorrento, Florence, Lake Como and Milan. Vicki made sure our car rental was large enough to fit our five carry ons suitcases and three teenagers for 11 days. Vicki suggested not having a rental car in Lake Como as it's better to use ferries to travel in the area. Our hotels was always centrally located to allow us to walk to restaurants and sights. When we took the train to our next destination, our hotel was within a7-10min walk from the train station. Transfers from train station to hotel was planned, transport from hotel to airport was set in place. Everything that needed to be planned, Vicki was on top of it. From reminding us to renewal our passports to obtaining an international driver license, no stone was left unturned. The best part of working Vicki is that she knows our family likes and dislikes and was able to help us planned a trip that fits our personalities and needs. We did not get a generic itinerary, our itinerary was carefully curated with Vicki's expertise in the region. Our accommodations were top notch, always centrally located, and close to transportation. Even after arriving in the various cities, Vicki was sending restaurant recommendations for each city we were at. It was reassuring to know that she knew where we were while on our trip and that she was a text/call away if needed. I'm grateful to have an amazing travel agent in Vicki. She has made every trip we've had effortless, enjoyable, and memorable. I can't imagine planning a trip without Vicki's assistance. She's truly a gem.
