Even while managing the café solo, he took the time to answer my questions, offer recommendations, and made me feel genuinely welcome. What I Ordered: I had the salmon toast, and it was excellent. The bread was perfectly toasted with just the right crunch while still staying soft inside. The sauce pulled everything together, and I appreciated him mentioning he was still refining the recipe--it's already one I'd order again. I also tried the Biscoff cookie, which was incredibly soft and packed with Biscoff pieces in every bite. The Detail Most People Miss: Even the restroom reflected the care put into the café.
