The sushi leans toward more sweetness than others, it's a little bit moist as well. However, they did a great job with the sushi rice. Some may prefer more vinegar then sweet but to me, it tastes great. The ingredients are very fresh, the unagi was really good. I think it has to do with it's farm raised in Spain compared to those in USA and many Asian countries (besides Japan and may even some Japanese sushi places) uses Chinese or Vietnamese farm raised. You can tell the difference from those with this Spain raised ones. The Japanese one is probably one of the best. As for the other fishes are all from Europe. Fresh and taste really good. The octopus was fresh as expected and the tuna and shrimp was excellent. The only one I'm not sure was one of the roll which has ginger in it. It overwhelmed all the other flavors (that's why I forgot what it was). However, it could be a local favorite since different region loves different combinations. The owner is an Argentina couple. However, they have excellent artistic taste of Japanese decor. Impressive bansai tree in front of the backlit mirror, it's like a Japanese kamon. Very tasteful decoration.

It was late last night and I needed a bite to eat. I sat down to eat at the tapas place. I was the only one there, though there were a few other people in the other adjacent eateries. I ordered 3 little tapas that come served on toast and a glass of red wine. The food was pretty good. The lady behind the bar gave me an extra tapa for free (salmon...it was tasty). Anyway, the ambience was nice, food was pretty good, and the service was really friendly. Unfortunately, the story takes a turn for the worst about 2 hours later when I started puking my guts out. Then started up with the diarrhea and puking 5 more times after that. I spent hours at the toilet until there was nothing left and then a couple more after that dry heaving. I 100% got food poisoning from this place. I didn't eat anything before or after so I know it had to be from here. My guess is that at the late hour that I was there the food had been sitting out way too long. Please don't share my same fate :(
