The pasta at Miti Di Palma was exceptional and the service could not have been better. Antonio was our host and he was very kind and attentive throughout the evening. We had a delicious caprese salad and two of the best pasta dishes I have ever tried. My wife had the carpaccio (I may be mixing up that name) and I requested the tagliatelle. Both plates were perfectly done with al dente noodles and just the right amount of rich, mouth-watering sauces. Personally, this was one of my favorite pasta dishes ever! Antonio was very kind to chat with us, share stories, and help me practice my broken Spanish (and Italian!). He offered us a limoncello after the check that was soooo tasty (but also strong; watch out!). In summary, come here for the food and enjoy the great service when you arrive.
