I felt attended to and the staff was helpful with sizing suggestions. Yes, the pricing is higher but they have a style you don't see in most stores. Their winter sale had very high end brands marked down low, very low. Everything I put on had a very nice fabric blend. I loved that they played Christian music. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Really the only thing I was sad over is that their hours are limited everything else was spot on.

And why is it that every time I walk in, I get the "once over" from the sales associates? I feel as if I'm being judged, that I cannot afford what they sell and I get a wrinkled look as if to infer that they don't have anything for me. I promise that I could afford whatever I wanted (the key word here) in this store at full price, but on principle alone I wouldn't buy it. Today was the last day for me at Talbot's. Lost a customer, as it gets really old being scrutinized the minute I walk in the store.

I got my order from the younger girl working just fine. She was polite. Meanwhile the older lady working was rude every step of the way. It was a half hour before closing when we got there. She almost immediately turned off the music and started vacuuming soon after trying to rush us out of the store. It seemed like an inconvenience for us shopping in the evening after getting off work rather than during a work day. I won't be making that mistake again. Also was told that we were going off the sale rack and all would be 25 just to be told the item picked out by my friend would be 48 instead. Overall inconsistent and while cute selection that service made me unsubscribe from everything.

They also have shoes(both in regular & wide width)jewelry, body shapers, dresses and more. You are greeted every time you come in the store and the staff is more than willing to help you. Cato has a large selection of blouses, tank tops and knit tops to choice from. The dress selection gets bought quickly; so if you looking online and see something - just call and ask if they have it first. The staff will be happy to hold it for you. Something I did not know until a few days ago was -if you are at the store and they don't have your size, they will order it for you and it is FREE shipping to the store. Bonus! (That could be dangerous for me! ) Cato also has a small selection of athletic wear. One of my favorite t-shirts came from them. It is so soft and comfy. Just great for those lounging around days. They have several locations all over the Houston area and they don't all have the same clothes selection. So shop at a few locations. BTW-I also found out they have layaway. That can be super helpful on your budget. Return=yes!!! (sorry, hubby)

The store is spacious, clean, and beautifully organized, which makes browsing feel effortless and enjoyable. The overall vibe is modern, calm, and welcoming--exactly what you want when you're taking your time picking out clothes. Uniqlo's quality continues to impress me. From everyday basics to seasonal pieces, everything feels thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and well-made. It's the kind of store where you walk in for one item and suddenly want to buy everything because it all just makes sense for daily wear. I truly wish Uniqlo would open a location in the Austin area soon--it would be a dream! If I had to mention one downside, it would be the pricing. Uniqlo used to feel a bit more affordable, and with its growing popularity, prices have definitely increased. That said, the quality still makes many items worth the investment, especially if you catch a good deal. Overall, Uniqlo Houston is absolutely worth visiting.
