If you're looking for an honest, hardworking carpenter, Jacob Wallace (of the Craftsman Initiative)…read moreis your man. Punctual, with meticulous attention to detail. He gave us a detailed, accurate estimate, build plan, and supply list. He walked us through all the options for construction and modified his plan to suit our requests. The Craftsman Initiative's pricing will be hard to beat--very reasonable. Jake also ordered supplies & set up delivery. When it arrived, he took inventory and worked out missing items with the supplier (their fault). Jake has a superb work ethic, and is honest as the day is long. Arrives on time and works hard all day. He cleans his work area when he departs for the day, and is superb about communicating his progress and work schedule--all rare qualities . . . His craftsmanship as a carpenter is impressive. He added hip roof/awning on our deck, and it looks superb! My wife loves it!! Sturdily built. In an era where it's becoming hard to find reliable craftsman to even show up, Jake is a breath of fresh air. It was a pleasure working with him--we could not be happier and have recommended him to all our neighbors. We will certainly be working with him again when we need a carpenter, handyman, etc.

I had this company come out for a previous quote on a whole-house renovation to this property. Juan came out but forgot to submit a bid (no problem). I gave them another opportunity to work on installing siding on the house. He came out and told me they would give me a call with the bid. After some days had passed, I had to call them back to ask about the bid. He stated that he would call me back, but never did. I called again, and he requested we meet on a Saturday (required me to drive from out of town) to make sure we go over everything. We scheduled a meeting time, and I drove in the night before to meet him. The meeting time was at 10:00 AM. This time had passed, and after several calls from me, he texted me an hour later saying that he was not going to be able to meet me but would meet the next day. I replied back with a text explaining how I no longer want to use their company due to the lack of professionalism and courtesy shown. I did thank him for showing me this now rather than later. People really need to call out companies like this to help others from making mistakes from so-called "Professionals".

We had to hire another company to fix it because Juan didn't care and wouldn't respond. He was also hired to install skylights in master bedroom. We were not living in the house during renovations and Juan hired someone we caught sleeping on the floor in our living room!!!! My husband just happened to run by and see how skylights were coming along. My husband demanded he gets out of our home and called Juan immediately. It was a nightmare. This took place about 6 years ago. I never thought to leave feedback on him but happened to run across his company just now.

I have to say, I'm extremely impressed!!!…read more I visited a booth at Scott's Antique Market in Atlanta GA where I was first introduced to Industrial Farmhouse Furniture. My boyfriend and I saw the awesome designs and knew we had to have some pieces in our home. During our visit we put our name into a box for a chance to win a table. The following week I received an email from Kelly at Industrial Farmhouse letting me know I was the winner. I contacted Kelly to thank her and schedule delivery. So, not only did I win a table they delivered it for me. I thought that was the most awesome thing ever!!! Our table arrived and we love it. It's a unique piece and a beautiful addition to our home. Their furniture is made to last. It can be used for commercial businesses so they are heavy duty with lots of character. They can customize your order so it's a perfect fit for any room in your home or business. Our table is definitely a conversation piece and we plan on adding to our collection soon. The kindness, honesty, and integrity that I have seen from every individual I met and spoke with at Industrial Farmhouse will never be forgotten!!!
