When I asked her about it, she trimmed it a bit more, but it was nothing like the way that it had been. Additionally, my prior cut was hassle-free. My hair was cut for ease of styling. Now, I have to fight with it to look only a fraction of how it used to. And, the prices are outrageous- $37 for a haircut- and it looks worse than when I went in. I have no issue with paying for quality, but this certainly was far from quality. I was also treated to her conversation with another client prior to my appointment about her sister's legal troubles. Everything about this woman was unprofessional. I should have gotten up and walked out at that point. This individual has absolutely no class. Stay FAR away from Nancy Pitman!
