We used Tadlock for a new roof and have experienced a plethora of issues as a result. There were two vents not properly sealed during the installation, which resulted in a rodent infestation and drywall damage where rainwater flowed into our ceiling through one of the vents. Furthermore, the end result of the drip edge and flashing looked worse than before due to the sloppy application of the tar. The Pensacola office was unresponsive and rude, and we ended up having to go through corporate for any type of remediation. I would never recommend this company. read more

They were the 8th of the 8 Roofing Companies that gave me a quote. They were the highest estimate but well worth the money. They were the only company to explain the superior benefits of Owen Corning "Duration Shingle" and explained in great detail the entire roofing process. The crew is to be commended, they worked like a well-oiled sewing machine and not only repaired the rotted sheathing around my chimney but "totally rebuild my chimney from scratch. There is a reason why they have been rated in the 100 roofing companies in America three years in a row. I can't give say enough accolades. Ya'll come by and see my beautiful roof. read more

Overheard a Tadlock Roofing guy loudly making fun of an overweight man. I'm overweight, too. Is that how he'd think of me? Is that how he'd talk about me behind my back while working on my house? Told the friend I was visiting to scratch the company's name off of her list of possible repair people for her rental units, since she's heavy too. read more

Just no. Their crew left my gutters full of debris, clogged my downspouts. When the new roof was done and the next big storm rolled through the roof leaked and caused damage. They refused to fix the drywall and the other wood. It also took them forever to come out and fix a part of it and they refused the rest. Avoid at all costs. Their roofing crew doesn't speak English much and Danny is a prick. Worst company ever in history. read more

I recently had roof damage from Hurricane Sally. I called Tadlock for an estimate and they sent someone out today. Steve was very professional and explained everything... even sent me a video of the roof damage. Great experience so far! read more

The house is beautiful. There are areas my house mate said should have been painted or something on the sides and corners under the roof like the ledges. He was put to jail last month, so, didn't put much thought to it. We also have a bucket of roof nails we can't sell back, some shingles, and s full biker of some other product that Lowe's not home depot claim to be theirs. Would you be able to but them back!? Be able to paint those spots you appear to have missed?? I got pictures. Overall, the roof looks beautiful, makes house look even better. read more

I recently had my dryer vent cleaned and It vents out on the roof. The vent hood and another hood had completely rusted out and the cleaning company said I would need a roofing company to replace. I called a couple of companies but was told they were too busy to assist. I then called Tadlock and they immediately responded. Dan came out and provided a customized reasonable solution. The repairs were made and I'm more than satisfied and highly recommend. read more

The man claiming to be the Pensacola District Manager, lied to me 3 times in a row, stating he would replace the rotten plywood next to our fireplace on our torn off roof. He turned and spoke quietly and quickly to a spanish worker, jumped swiftly into his truck, ad as he sped off that man was already on the roof gluing down that plywood and nailing tarpaper over it covering the rot and leaving it. The workers weren't allowed to speak to us, and were all spanish. I speak enough spanish to know they were not all, (if any), legal citizens. They even brought a woman and 3 small children to the worksite to play! I immediately aske them to leave, explaining that it was not safe, and they couldn't get away fast enough. I believe it was because they were not to speak to us FOR ANY REASON. We had "Roofwrap" on our house that was new and guaranteed for a year when they came to start working. While super dark clouds were coming quickly, I begged them DO NOT CUT THAT COVER, ITS ABOUT TO STORM! Yet they simply said they install roof in the rain. They just stop and tarp over the re as t till it stops. Needless to say, they caused even more damage inside our main house by causing the roof to leak in 4 new places, that were protected before they cut this protection away! AGAINST ALL MY PROTESTS NOT TO DO IT!!! This man claimed we never answered the emails they sent to pay them. But the ONLY emails we got were sales pitches, they claimed to have lost our email address. They charged us for facia they never replaced, and plywood that they never replaced, and this man actually got arrogant with me as I was leaving, while he waited at the front door for his check! I informed him that I have proof and video along with pictures and phone recordings of his lousy work and his reply was in the most evil self superior sounding manner, "Proove it", over and over. He had the most smug, arrogant, ignorant way of talking to me. I simply left on my errand. I DON'T WASTE MY TIME TALKING TO LIARS. I know it it a waste of my time. You cannot reason with a liar. We should've sued. Possibly still can, hasn't been very long since it happened. I DO have proof, and all the pictures and videos are in the cloud, just waiting to be shared. The owner and founder have a very deceptive photo of their family posted. But they do not have any way of contacting them. I believe they are not even real. read more

We were extremely pleased with Tadlock. The team dispatched to replace our roof worked very diligently to ensure that the job was done according to the highest standards. There was ZERO trace of any waste on our property after it was completed. Our sales consultant, Mr. Russell Brown, was outstanding. He went above and beyond the call of duty to be available to us throughout the process. He was always available to answer our questions so that we were comfortable with our decision. We recommend Tadlock Roofing in the highest regard, and we will not hesitate to call upon them if needed in the future! read more

Great team of professionals invested into the community! From the estimators to the office staff all were great communicators and easy to work with. read more

If your wanting a Roofing company to call you back or to communicate with you then " DON'T CALL OR USE TADLOCK Roofing " it was so bad that I had to drive into their office. Once i was there I had to help explain, that they did not pull the Roofing Permit the correct way with the City of Pensacola. Now I have the bill, that does not have an email address on it. I tried calling Licia , to explain that I don`t think the bill is correct, but no response from the company, just an answering service read more

The service was excellent and the crew was great!!! They did an awesome job. I highly recommend!

Tadlock Roofing installed the most beautiful roof on our home! Not only were their prices very fair, their customer service on point, and always there to answer any questions I had during the process, but the quality of their work is fantastic! read more

They gave me a written quote that did not change at the time of service! The team that showed up to do our repairs were prompt, professional and very fast! I will continue to us Tadlock for all my roofing needs in the future! read more

I left a similar review somewhere else which you also stated you spoke with me, that's absolutely not true. Your company has not called me once, even after I called to voice my complaints about the service and shingles. I was told someone would call me back, no one did EVER. I left the review, you stated you called and discussed things with me which is a figment of your imagination. I get why you answer bad reviews stating you spoke with them about the issue, you want to appear you're concerned but in fact you're proving how untrustworthy your company really is. I stand by what I said your employees left trash and cigarettes on my yard, the shingles are no where near the color of my roof(and they never spoke to me other than to say they were there), and your lack of communication is unprofessional. read more

Don't bother calling this company. They make an appointment but never show up or bother to call and reschedule. After I contacted them when they were 20 minutes late for a midday appointment, I was told that the consultant was not available. We rescheduled for 5 pm in the following week. Again, no show and they did not contact me. Ironically, they sent me text messages the day before each of the appointments as a "friendly reminder" about my appointment times. If they are so incompetent as to not show up for a scheduled appointment, are they competent to do the work? read more

Came out to give an estimate for a new roof and never heard back from them. Great way to do business-

update; almost 4 months after the damage to my ceiling tiles caused by their roofer not covering the roof correctly or not at all, they finally got someone out here to replace the ceiling tiles and paint the one that was water stained. i do thank them for that. just don't think it should have take 4 months. read more

I recently worked with representatives of the Pensacola branch of Tadlock Roofing to have skylights installed in the roof of my 1910 home. The pitch of my roof is quite steep, and the installation seemed pretty difficult to me. I worked primarily with the branch manager and the office manager, Bob Roof and Musette Roof. The Roofs are exceptional people, and they both worked very hard to help me plan the project so that the outcome would be weathertight and in keeping with the character of the home. The Roofs were pleasant, well-informed and very patient with my many (!) questions. Ultimately, the specific product I planned to have installed was no longer available from the skylight supplier, but this problem was due to the supplier, not Tadlock Roofing. While I ultimately had to abandon the project, I was very grateful to the Roofs and Tadlock Roofing for the excellent customer service and their effort to help me work out a complicated plan. When I need to replace my roof, I will certainly arrange to have Tadlock Roofing do the job. Their knowledge and professionalism are outstanding! read more
