She spent all day with me helping me put together looks, explaining how things should look, what I should look for in clothing that works well for my body, how to appreciate good quality pieces that may cost more but will last, and just overall helping me understand how to shop for myself in the future. She was patient with me and really took the time to educate and help me get better at styling myself. Sana had me pick out things that I thought would work and helped me understand where I was going right/wrong in picking pieces, and she would explain why certain cuts work and certain looks work. I loved working with Sana because she was very sweet and great at finding good outfits (while being budget-conscious), but also because she made it a point to try to help me learn how to do it on my own instead of being reliant on her. She could have easily not tried to educate me on fashion sense/design and had me more dependent on her services in the future, but she just wants to help as much as possible however she can. She was so easy to talk to and made the whole day very fun and enjoyable when it is usually unpleasant for me. I can't wait to get her help in the future!

She knew all of the brands and designers, and she utilized one of her favorite salesperson to help with this excursion. It was fun. It was efficient, and I would highly recommend her services.

Working with Patrick has been nothing short of transformative. For years, I bought clothes that…read moredidn't fit quite right, clashed with my complexion, or simply didn't suit my style. I easily wasted thousands of dollars on a wardrobe that left me feeling unsure of myself -- especially working in the technology industry, where looking polished and professional truly matters. Patrick immediately understood what I was struggling with. He taught me how to choose colors and patterns that complement my features, helped me understand proper fit, and showed me how to build outfits that feel natural and confident. For the first time, I actually understand why certain clothes work for me and others don't. He didn't just fix my wardrobe -- he completely reset the way I approach style. He refreshed what I already owned, guided me in choosing new pieces that elevate my look, and, most importantly, gave me the knowledge to shop smart for the rest of my life. That's a skill I'll carry forever and something I can even pass down to my son. What really sets Patrick apart is that he doesn't just stop at clothing. He also analyzed my grooming routine -- everything from hair and facial hair to skincare. He helped me simplify my routine and choose products and techniques that make me look younger, more refreshed, and more put-together day-to-day. If you're considering working with a stylist, Patrick is worth every bit of the investment. Pivot Image Consulting didn't just upgrade my wardrobe -- it upgraded my confidence and the way I show up in every part of my life.

On the day, it was great to walk into a dressing room already set up with racks of clothes for me to try on. Patrick helped narrow things down to the exact brands and fits for me, which made the whole experience stress-free. I also learned a lot about tailoring and how to care for my clothes, so I feel confident about keeping things in good shape and making smart choices going forward. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely be recommending him to friends.

When I contacted the store for assistance, the associate was rude, dismissive, and ultimately hung up on me. This behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from a luxury brand with Gucci's reputation and prices. It is incredible that a company of this caliber does not stand behind its customers or honor the commitments made by its employees. Frankly, I would expect better service. I got better service at a 99-cent store. Gucci should invest more of the money it charges customers into properly training its staff in professionalism, communication, and customer care. I expect Gucci to address this incident, explain why the promised exchange was not completed, and provide a prompt resolution. This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in the brand.
