From the trucks, equipment, demeanor, uniforms, knowledge, and ability, A few quick measurements, making sure I approved the correct location, my HDMI cables, etc. , Blu-Ray were OK and it was up and ready. They hooked everything up, tested it, ran through the connections....everything. My husband even commented afterwards, "Wow! You picked the right guys." Tony was very responsive to my needs and listened to me about what I was looking for. We discussed several options, pricing, and expectations before settling on a MoCA network - something I wasn't even aware existed until he brought it up. Since I had already cut the cord from Spectrum, had existing coaxial wiring, had installed a HDTV antenna in the attic, and my home was a 2-story home, it made the most sense. I did some research and hooked the antenna up to an Amazon Fire Recast to free up more coaxial connections for later MoCA use. Tony provided some equipment options but recommended we use my existing wireless routers before spending more money - awesome news to hear! His installer, Eric, arrived on time and stayed until the job was done. Eric even worked to make the system a clean looking install and made a new connection closer to one of the desks for us. We did have one adapter fail after a few days (defective unit) but Tony brought out the new adapter personally and stayed to ensure it worked correctly. The price was reasonable and the results are exactly what I was looking for. I'll definitely call Tony back for any of my future home entertainment needs!

Bought a used 2020 Nissan Altima from HGreg in Orlando. The car is equipped with Keyless entry,…read morehowever the car did not have the original key so not only did I have an aftermarket key fob but I was also missing the emergency key. With little to go on, I took my car to Secure Safe Lock & Key and in short time (Like 45 minutes) they were able "read" the lock and create the key and sell me an Nissan OEM key fob and program it. The lady on the phone was curious and professional and was able to give me a quote (after verifying my vin). The lady at the counter was friendly, professional and very helpful (two different people). Finally the locksmith was very good/ quick and like everyone else was very friendly and professional. I made an appointment and they were prompt and finished in a timely manner. Considerating they had little to start with, I was amazed at how quickly they were able to take care of me. With the new OEM remote, they even showed me a feature I didn't know I had...keyless starting!!! At least seven companies were unable to open the door, including the company that sells the doors.This was a huge problem because the door leaks and since it was on the 6th floor it was impossible to access the exterior of the door to stop the leak. The door is no longer manufactured and my condo requires that the exterior doors all match. I was quoted over 9K for a new door, if the condo would even approve it. I was told I should abandon the door and caulk it shut to make it watertight, but even then there was no guarantee that it would not leak. Mike gave me a flat rate (which he honored) and spent 6 hours troubleshooting the door. He did the impossible: he opened it and it is now a working door. Mike; you are a superhero. You are an honest and capable person and a credit to your company. I wish I could give you 6 stars. I am very grateful. Use this business; they are capable and good people that go the extra mile for their customers. More than worth every penny.
