Integrity Metal Works

I have a 1950 chevy truck, the bracket holding the alternator broke and needed to be repaired…read more I started calling welding shops in my area. I explained that this was a small job that needed a weld maybe two inches in length. Some of the shops I called were mobile welders and they all have a minimum charge ranging from $80 plus. I explained that it was a small job and could I bring the piece to their shop or meet them while they were on a job site. All the shops refused my offer. I understand that a mobile welder has overhead but my job was too small to justified paying $80 plus dollars. I could buy a new bracket for $80. One of the mobile welding companies recommended Integrity Metal Works, I called and spoke to Bethany and explained my situation. Bethany told me her husband Nick was on a job and would call me around noon. Right on time Nick calls and I explain what I needed, he asked if I would drop it off at his home and that would reduce his overhead and travel time. I went to their home dropped off my bracket, the next night I returned and picked up my repaired bracket. Cost $30.00! This company is a family own business and both Nick and Bethany are very nice people. If you have a job for them big or small please give them a call. Joe Oliver

Ac Hydraulics

We had the worst customer service and experience with this company…read more We had a leaking hose on our transmission and called AC hydraulics for the repair. This change the hose and fitting, and the engine leaked worse and they came back out to change the washer on the fitting. Then they charged my card a second time to repair the fitting they originally did incorrect. After changing the washer again, we left the dock and the leak still persisted. We called PIRTEK and the tech came out and confirmed they used the incorrect washer and was shocked they would double charge and not warranty any work. I called to speak with the manager (DAVID) at AC hydraulics and he immediately blew up on the phone. I've never had such a disrespectful conversation from a manager at a company. He yelled on the phone, and stated once you left the dock that's on you and they weren't doing anything about it and then hung up the phone. Literally they did the work, we left the dock and leaked worse than it did originally, and the companies response is too bad, after you used the motor at all that's on you. Unbelievable, avoid this company at ALL costs.

This is the second time I took a hydraulic hose there to get repaired. I gave it to him. I said I…read moreneed it fixed and he said give me 15 minutes came back all done reasonably priced. This was the best service I got. I was figuring on dropping it off and picking it up in a couple days, but no sat right there and did it. I would definitely use them again and I did.
