Bought a used 2020 Nissan Altima from HGreg in Orlando. The car is equipped with Keyless entry,…read morehowever the car did not have the original key so not only did I have an aftermarket key fob but I was also missing the emergency key. With little to go on, I took my car to Secure Safe Lock & Key and in short time (Like 45 minutes) they were able "read" the lock and create the key and sell me an Nissan OEM key fob and program it. The lady on the phone was curious and professional and was able to give me a quote (after verifying my vin). The lady at the counter was friendly, professional and very helpful (two different people). Finally the locksmith was very good/ quick and like everyone else was very friendly and professional. I made an appointment and they were prompt and finished in a timely manner. Considerating they had little to start with, I was amazed at how quickly they were able to take care of me. With the new OEM remote, they even showed me a feature I didn't know I had...keyless starting!!! I have used them on several occasions, great attitudes, high professionalism and fair pricing, you can't go wrong

I have to give a huge shoutout to Blue Marlin Locksmith--specifically Ramon--because this…read moreexperience completely exceeded my expectations. I tried THREE different local locksmiths and none of them could program my Smart ForTwo key fob. First I was told the car was throwing EV faults... took it to a mechanic--no issues. Then I was told only Mercedes could program it, and that the only place capable was the dealership in Maitland. At that point, I was already pretty deflated. A friend referred me to Blue Marlin Locksmith and honestly... I wasn't convinced. My expectations were low. Enter Ramon. He pulled up to my house, got straight to work, and while I was still very much in my "doubting era," he calmly handled it like it was no big deal. Five minutes later... FIVE MINUTES... he handed me a fully programmed, perfectly working key fob. Just like that, I entered my "super thankful era." And here's the kicker--it cost about 1/5 of what Mercedes of Maitland quoted me. No driving there to order it. No driving back to program it. No hassle. Done right in my driveway. To say I'm happy is an understatement. 10/10. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I'll absolutely be using Blue Marlin Locksmith for anything I need in the future.

In January 2024, I purchased a garage door motor system that included a control panel, sensors,…read moreremotes, cables, bearings, weather seal, and other components for $1,000. In May 2024, I paid an additional $500 to have two new springs and bearings installed. As of October 2025, the sensors have failed and are no longer under warranty. I was charged $418 to replace them, despite the fact that similar sensors are available for around $50 at Home Depot. With a standard service fee of $40 and labor at $75 per hour, that means I was charged roughly $300 just for the sensors themselves -- a significant markup. Additionally, I was told that my springs and bearings need to be replaced again, at a cost of $705 -- even though they were newly installed just 17 months ago. These parts are also now out of warranty, and I did not purchase the company's expensive extended warranty. In my opinion, this company has significantly overcharged me, inflated the cost of parts, and delivered poor-quality workmanship.
