Mike is the lock whisperer. I give him my highest recommendation, ever. My sixth floor Juliet…read morebalcony door was broken by a handyman while trying to fix a leak. At least seven companies were unable to open the door, including the company that sells the doors. This was a huge problem because the door leaks and since it was on the 6th floor it was impossible to access the exterior of the door to stop the leak. The door is no longer manufactured and my condo requires that the exterior doors all match. I was quoted over 9K for a new door, if the condo would even approve it. I was told I should abandon the door and caulk it shut to make it watertight, but even then there was no guarantee that it would not leak. Mike gave me a flat rate (which he honored) and spent 6 hours troubleshooting the door. He did the impossible: he opened it and it is now a working door. Mike; you are a superhero. You are an honest and capable person and a credit to your company. I wish I could give you 6 stars. I am very grateful. Use this business; they are capable and good people that go the extra mile for their customers. More than worth every penny.

I have to give a huge shoutout to Blue Marlin Locksmith--specifically Ramon--because this…read moreexperience completely exceeded my expectations. I tried THREE different local locksmiths and none of them could program my Smart ForTwo key fob. First I was told the car was throwing EV faults... took it to a mechanic--no issues. Then I was told only Mercedes could program it, and that the only place capable was the dealership in Maitland. At that point, I was already pretty deflated. A friend referred me to Blue Marlin Locksmith and honestly... I wasn't convinced. My expectations were low. Enter Ramon. He pulled up to my house, got straight to work, and while I was still very much in my "doubting era," he calmly handled it like it was no big deal. Five minutes later... FIVE MINUTES... he handed me a fully programmed, perfectly working key fob. Just like that, I entered my "super thankful era." And here's the kicker--it cost about 1/5 of what Mercedes of Maitland quoted me. No driving there to order it. No driving back to program it. No hassle. Done right in my driveway. To say I'm happy is an understatement. 10/10. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I'll absolutely be using Blue Marlin Locksmith for anything I need in the future.
