Had a hitch on my truck where the pin lock was frozen and wouldn't unlock. My experience with their service was awesome. My car remotes which they call FOBs, one was dead and the other was intermittent. So. I ordered two new remote(FOB) to replace old ones. Tried programing the FOBS like on YouTube. Mfg. Don't give you instructions, recommends go to dealer or certified locksmith. After my failed attempts to do myself, decided to stop in at PDQ locksmith.. The technician looked at my old remotes ( FOBs) found one with low Battery and the other intermittent. Technician gave me options, to program new FOBs or check out old remotes to the vehicle. He took his diagnostic tool and plugged it to my car. He revitalized my intermittent FOB and reprogram the other. They work like new. Saved me tons, suggest I return the new FOBs. Other places and dealership wanted 3 times more for the cost and service. I had my house re-keyed and was able to get an appointment the day after I called (less than 24 hours). Adam was very helpful and forthcoming about what the cost was going to be for each service, prior to performing said service (re-keying with current legs, without having the keys, and taking off the handles and fixing the door knobs).
