The carne asada tacos were tasty, but could use a little more seasoning to really stand out. The al pastor taco had good flavor, though it was missing that caramelized texture and sweetness you usually get from meat cooked on a spit. The cabeza taco was probably the highlight -- tender, flavorful, and the salsa verde tied everything together perfectly. The chorizo tacos had a really nice flavor as well, but were just a tad dry. It is a food truck so don't expect the restaurant atmosphere. The ladies behind working there are nice and they had fun talking Spanish with this gringo. lol I only tried the street tacos. Being from San Diego, Ca that is how you know if you have good Mexican food by starting with the tacos. I will go back again and try the rest of the menu. Definitely worth trying if you want a good variety of street tacos, especially the cabeza.

The service is quick and friendly too. Only downside is the outdoor seating is not always ideal especially in the winter months. I do hope they get a real brick and mortar shop one day.

The rice was overcooked to the point it was just mush! You can look at it and tell that it was old and overcooked and mushy! It was also very bland, no hint of flavor what so ever, and ended up getting thrown away. The steak was seasoned well. The beans were bland, but edible. The fajita vegetables were very bland as well. Again no hint of flavor at all! They completely forgot our salsa. Not that that would have saved the flavors that were missing. which was all of them! The 5 Rolled Tacos with Carne Asada were the only dish that was well flavored snd completely edible. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Save your money! If you are looking for authentic Mexican food in Park City this is the place. Asada Alambres are fantastic. The butcher shop is great too. Beef shanks are great, chicken and beef fajitas.
