Decided to try their chips and salsa. The price was a little steep for what we got. $5.50 for a partial lunch bag of chips and the smallest salsa serving I have ever seen in any restaurant was shocking. The food was okay. Nothing to write home about. We have eaten at better taco shops all around Utah. The ambience was blah compared to other Mexican restaurants. The tables weren't clean, we went as they opened, meaning they don't clean very well. Salt shakers had kernels of rice in them, but no salt. I don't know if we would eat here again.

The carne asada tacos were tasty, but could use a little more seasoning to really stand out. The al pastor taco had good flavor, though it was missing that caramelized texture and sweetness you usually get from meat cooked on a spit. The cabeza taco was probably the highlight -- tender, flavorful, and the salsa verde tied everything together perfectly. The chorizo tacos had a really nice flavor as well, but were just a tad dry. It is a food truck so don't expect the restaurant atmosphere. The ladies behind working there are nice and they had fun talking Spanish with this gringo. lol I only tried the street tacos. Being from San Diego, Ca that is how you know if you have good Mexican food by starting with the tacos. I will go back again and try the rest of the menu. Definitely worth trying if you want a good variety of street tacos, especially the cabeza.

The service is quick and friendly too. Only downside is the outdoor seating is not always ideal especially in the winter months. I do hope they get a real brick and mortar shop one day.

The bathroom was clean and nice as well. We ordered a combo meal and the mexi birria fries. The fries were my favorite! They were so cheesey and savory! It came with a couple sauces. The red was the perfect amount of spice! The green sauce was a good non spicy sauce option as well. It was topped with fresh onions, cilantro, radishes, sour cream, and lots of cheese! Everything we tried was great. Was not too expensive either, around $35 for everything. Highly recommend the horchata as well!

If you are looking for authentic Mexican food in Park City this is the place. Asada Alambres are fantastic. The butcher shop is great too. Beef shanks are great, chicken and beef fajitas. Everything I've tried from the butcher has been solid and fresh and reasonably priced.
